We had so many club tournaments to travel to.for years! Our son has now graduated from college so we don't have high school or college sports to attend. It's amazing how free our weekends are now.😅

I have sleeping problems. But I have the same problem with over the counter sleep aids. If I take I need a minof 10 hours before needing to leave. I mean it is awful I cannot open eyes but awake. Not good. Longest I've been awake is 3 days. But I'm type 2 diabetic and had cut caffenine out. I went with a friend for a coffee. I do not drink coffee but last time we went I bought a mini frozen mocha. This paticular day for the first time I got a medium and sipped slowly. So high sugar levels, caffeine and I take bupropion. On the way home I felt a jolt through my brain. I was awake 3 days. And even then I spent months waking up every 4 hours. It has taken forever to get back into a normal sleep pattern. I normally average 6 hours. It was not until they added a calming antidepressant to the bupropion that it was like 9 - 10 hours of sleep every night for 2 weeks. Back to 6-7 on a good night. But probably more like 5.5 to 6 hours.
