Does amlodipine cause erectile dysfunction in men?
@trigggography58134 күн бұрын
I took Amlodipine for three months and by the time that three month were over I was sleeping 18 hours a day and was so depressed that I didn't care if I died in my sleep. I am too happy and love life to much to feel that way normally. So if you do take Amlodipine and find yourself sleeping more than normal STOP taking it and talk to your doctor. If the doctor tries to convince you to keep taking them,,,get another doctor.

Excellent demonstration video! While it’s possible that initial glucose reading on start up was your actual reading, it’s also possible that the sensor needed calibration if it’s like the G6. With the G6, it is common for the first reading and even first a few hours of the center to display in accurate readings and of course, there are other factors that can produce a false high or false low with the Dexcom. From experience, I think it’s always best to do a blood glucose reading with a BGM when Dexcom gives you the first initial reading. Only saying this to offer some peace of mind! ❤
@heypharmacist25 күн бұрын
Thank you so much for sharing this tip with everyone! I found it took a while to calibrate. It woke me up several times during the night on Day 1 because of low sugars (which I don't think were the case but I was too tired to check against a glucometer)!

@@heypharmacist Oh! Do you remember if you were sleeping on the arm you had your sensor installed? There’s something called “compression lows” which also results in false lows. Please note. This reduces blood pressure by artificially widening the blood vessels to lower the numbers. Over time, the vessels lose elasticity and cannot pump blood back to the heart. A much safer way is to take zinc, which does the same thing without any side effects but will improve other conditions. I learned this the hard way. I was on it a dozen or so years and it nearly caused congestive heart failure by fluids building up in the system.
