  The sausage looks like a short medister. If it had a hint of cinnamon, they probably use a xmas recipe, the rest of the year the spice mix is leaning more on black pepper. Yeah well, it looks like a regular classic home cooked meal, but we usually serve one or the other of the meats, not both unless it's for xmas or another occasion for a larger get together. It can be rather difficult to find classic Danish food at restaurants here in Denmark, you'll have the best chances at places that call themselves a tavern or inn (kro in Danish), the midtown restaurants mostly serve way too modern and international food.
