If the purchase price is 100,000 and construction (remodel costs) are 50,000 then the ARV = 150,000. .65 of 150,000 = 97,500. This is super informative! I want to speak on the first part of the video. This is why I am a firm believer in a man building and getting wealth before being in a relationship. I could understand the woman’s hesitation to have strange men in the house. Not only does this jeopardizes her privacy that most of us need but also safety and security. I’m sure now that you’re not in the growth stages you are better equipped to be in a relationship or may even be married now. 🥰 Just wanted to put this as a note for women who may be watching this Take notes and let this be a lesson.
