I hope some day you and your family can consider your culture based on your heritage, rather than based on your skin color. Otherwise, looks like a fun trip to a beautiful place.

Also, are your kids enrolled at a school or kindergarten?
I didn’t fly with them, they came after me because there was a lot of documentation required for them to come here.

How much will it cost for me to enroll my child in an international school, school fees, etc, in Taiwan?
I am not sure because my kids don’t attend international school but I know it’s an arm and a leg from my research. Only engineers and rich people can afford to take their kids to international schools

Hello mam, Is the contract in public/private schools easily renewable after the end of every contract duration. Can I teach as long as I wish or is renewal of contract cumbersome and difficult. What happens when the contract from a school ends, do teachers switch schools? Hunting a new teaching job? What do you say, Is Taiwan good for a long span stay/ with a stable job security.?
Most contracts are for 1 year each year . If you are happy with the school you can renew your contract, if not you can find another school.
It's almost two months since I applied, no answer still

Hi sister, I am a graduate in English literature and have a TEFL certificate (gotten online from Teacher Record) With no experience as a teacher and no government issued teaching license Is it possible to apply through Teach taiwan or TFETP as English teacher. What do you suggest/ for a long term stay in Taiwan with decent work/life balance and a better salary. 1. apply as Assistant language teacher/get one year experience and then apply as English teacher. 2. Apply in cram schools.
Hi. Teach Taiwan and the TEFL program requires a teaching license. I would recommend you apply for cram school
