  3:42 - 3:47 Ooooooh…... The irony here is *_palpable!_* This could be read as an indictment against the entire series when it came to SnowBarry. Showrunners who were too afraid to try something that worked, simply because it was different. So much character dynamic and storytelling potential…. wasted. Producers who were too afraid to admit that SnowBarry worked and/or too stubborn change directions because it clashed with their “vision” of the show. I doubt they could comprehend the irony of this one line from Barry and how it could easily apply to the direction they took the show. Really such a missed opportunity for rich character dynamics and creative storytelling. For all for the superlatives I could use to describe why I love SnowBarry, the bottom line is that as a couple, Barry and Caitlin just work. The close friendship, the amazing on-screen chemistry, the superb relationship dynamic between these two, they simply work. My headcanon will always be that it’s Barry and Caitlin that got their happy ending together!

  I know alaric was trashy sometimes to but many forget on how after her parents death he was really there for her all he wanted to do was protect her knowing she's the powerful creature she will be always targeted he never wanted her to become the tribrid because he knew she will never be able to handle more pain . I accept alaric was trash but hope said it herself that he was the closest thing to a father for her😊
