  Some of the stuff I was unsure about worked great when paired with the sounds. Nice work! Smear frames were good, and it was cool to see slow motions with different lighting when they were used. Absolutely love the music choice!

  Personally I’ve always loved camera shake, however there’s some parts where it’s an unintentional result of a relatively sub par camera stand, but regardless, thanks! I’m glad you liked the smear frames!

  The yellow one is from a pack that came with two Spartans and some armor, the gray one is leftover armor from that set on a spare body.

  Im just gonna get ve properly criticism since the last guy who did basically just said "your animation is bad, do better" Here are my proper thoughts, whilst the stop motion definitely was a bit chunky in a way, it was still really welll done, wish you had more set and space to show the fighting sequence a slight bit more clear. The fighting is good, but like watching a boxing match up close, its hard to tell whats going on without a bit more space so in that regardes, try giving a bit more area of view if possible, its ok if you struggle with that, itll help you find creative solutions to such problems, another thing, i like how you showed that the spartan was actually getting hit more with the armor than without the armor, sure the spartan still lost, but hey, still an awesome fight, although i would recommend that you have some scenes ho a little slower, showing how the spartan is maneuvering each attack and showing the viewer that without the armor the spartan is much more agile, dont be afraid to slow the pace of the film, when you slownor speed up it should be used to emphasize the moment and create either suspense or excitement, and or sadness like how you did when the hunter won the fight, leaving us with thoughts of if thw spartan will get up and heroically win or not, that was good there near the end, so i recommend that for more fight sequences Overall i really enjoyed watching this, sure it may appear "amateur" and some things may not make sense to the actual lore of halo, but you can just have fun with this, what i like to tell people is dont do something you dont find fun, so even if the action is a bit stretched out from the actual source material, thats fine, as long as your enjoying it, you did really good, and i know you can do better, itll just take time and practice, keep going buddy, excited to see what comes next

  It's like the saying "give a man a fish, and feed him for a day, teach the man to fish, and feed him for a lifetime" while small compliments are nice and always welcome and appreciated, it's also really helpful to get extensive feedback on how to improve, also it's just nice hearing out what people liked more as well, to know what the audience truly enjoys

  While the concept of a stop motion animation featuring a purple Operator Spartan battling a fearsome Hunter from the Halo universe sounds intriguing, the execution falls flat. The stop motion itself appears amateurish and sloppy, with jerky movements and inconsistent framing that make it difficult to follow the action. The lighting is harsh and unflattering, casting unsightly shadows and failing to highlight the intricate details of the Mega Construx figures. Furthermore, the lack of smooth transitions between frames and the overall slight choppiness of the animation robs the fight sequence of any sense of fluidity or dynamism, rendering what could have been an epic clash between iconic Halo characters into a dull, underwhelming spectacle. Inexplicably, the Spartan also removes his armor at one point, which makes little sense given the extreme danger posed by the Hunter and the vital protection the armor provides. Ultimately, the poor craftsmanship and lack of attention to detail undermine the potential of the subject matter, resulting in a stop motion that looks amateurish and unpolished. 3/10

  I'll make sure I improve on that aspect of my work then, although you missed quite a lot of what was wrong with the animation. The lack of actual set pieces is a big one, on top of that, the sound design is pretty messy. As you said, it's unclear as to why the operator removed his armor, but that's only because I failed to convey that he was lighter and more maneuverable without it. The visual effects themselves are also relatively bad, either having too visible of blue-tac, or being such an obviously different color that it messes with the illusion of it being a blur frame. Personally, I would've included those issues along with condensing what you already said. Don't get me wrong, it's very helpful and I wish I got more comments like that, but you describe things in such a pretentious way that I know you were only picking low hanging fruit. You waisted so much effort wording it like that, that you forgot to include the whole slew of flaws in this animation. Brevity is important.

  There's a difference between constructive criticism and downright disliking something because it wasn't up to your standards, give feedback don't just say why it was bad, if you know any better than explain how they can improve

  I know the highlight is the animation itself, but ngl, it's interesting how the mega block techsuit mold for GEN3 spartans is the GEN2 techsuit, I guess it's probably because it was easier to keep using the same base and just built upon it adapting the GEN3 armors
