This is a 2014.. the new gen bikes do make more horsepower with the new engine. But the 74hp is a manufacturer quoted number, not a RWHP dyno number.

I just finished up 1200 miles of off road in Stanislaus National forest on all kinds of terrain and it handled excellent. I have 3,000 miles on my 2022 ADV and it has seen mostly dirt. Shafer Trail, Long Canyon, White Rim in Utah. I do try and avoid large water crossings but from mostly back roads to city pavement for supplies this thing has been awesome. I love the twist and go. Wish it had better options for tires tho.

This is a cheap QuadLock copy sold as "Mototec Quick Lok MT-Q01" here in Thailand. I've glued the mount to the phone case and fitted it with the extra arm removed, so it's almost straight on the handlebar. Seems very sturdy so far, didn't manage to lose the phone despite flipping the bike a few times.

Here in the PH, we brought our ADVs over steep hills, heavy rocks, river crossings, and just overall places no motorcycles should be, BUT! we never experienced any trip-stopping events for over a year now. with 2 jerry cans for each bike, we can almost go anywhere. Its a damn well made bike, for a scooter it can grunt up a hill even with a pillion. for a scooter it can dig up mud like a dirt bike. for a scooter this large yet so controllable at the same time. Yeah this bike can do it all, but not as fast as you want it to be but never the less it took us there. Best bike I ever bought^^

@@santaon2wheels600 i think you can reroute it. There are aftermarket intake an just use longer tube going to the throttle body. Try moving it under the seat or higher. Haven't seen someone have done it aside from a video from indo where they run a honda wave over waist deep flood. And the the intake was connected to a hose which they place above waist(the pilion was holding it).
