  I've just bought a 2022 mustang and I'm not an inexperienced driver - I've competed in national drifting championships and slide all sorts of different cars around on the road (including a 700 bhp Audi R8). The mustang is by far the weirdest car to drift that I've ever owned and I can actually see why people crash them. Don't get me wrong, plenty of people crash when drifting because of inexperience like you said, but that's the same for any RWD car and not specific to the Mustang. But yeah the way the Mustang counter steers (or lack of it) is just quite unintuitive and makes it easy to mess up. I might make a video about it soon

  They all crash. Mustang are in more videos because Mustangs sell 2x more than Camaro... thus you have 2x more crash chances. Now Chargers and Challengers are crashing all time due to of course couple years there outselling Mustang. If you have 25 Mustangs on road never gonna see a crash, if you have 250,000, you're going to see a crash. Sadly Mustang is taking a bad wrap and it's created by chevy guys and guys who dislike Ford and Mustang because team Camaro is out of game again and LS isn't what it use to be so they're mad and looking for a reason.

  Yes, it depends on the type of oil you use when changing it. Mine recently went away after the oil had been ran through for a month or so.

  I don't crash because I don't drive like a maniac, and I have respect for other drivers on the road. 2021, an R8 was doing about 150mph on I-4 and hit a Toyota Camry, with two people inside. The Camry went airborne and exploded, killing both people. The driver in the R8 was intoxicated. He was sentenced the other day and got 40 years. He should've gotten the death sentence, imo. I have a fast Mustang, and I follow the traffic laws.
