  I only laughed sooo hard bc I had one, I just wanted the space grey color sooooo bad lol but then like a year later the pros came with more ports. I have an M1 Pro now and I don’t think I’ll upgrade for like 6-10 years😂😂😂

  Now get a 512GB mSATA along with an mSATA to IDE enclosure. And then multiboot it 10.4, 10.5, 10.6 Leaked version, MorphOS, see if Haiku works, Debian PowerPC, OpenBSD PowerPC and/or NetBSD/macppc…. 7 OSes with one questionable? Yeah. I’d say that is gonna be the most cursed, loaded with software, PowerBook 12” on the planet

  I never seen this before, mac is much more poorly optimized compared to windows. That's why IOSis much more poorly optimized than Windows.

  How well does the PowerPC G3 work with OpenBSD and FreeBSD? Is there any AmigaOS inspired OS that will install, similar to MorphOS?! What else will install… ArchLinuxPower? Adelie Linux?

  I got the sharp aquos crystal when it first came out. I loved it. it was not great or powerful, even for the time, but it was beautiful. and it was "bezel less" before most anyone else. I hoped they would come out with a new version. but they never did and I wanted to buy the bigger version from Japan. but I couldn't afford it since I was still in high school. I would still buy a new version as a collection piece. I wanted to get the 12" MacBook to go with it. I'm glad I didn't back then.

  slight correction, the smallest Mac that apple made was actually the 11 inch MacBook Air.

  Laptop inches are measured by the screen size, the 11" Air has thicker bezels than the 12" MB

  Those old Macbooks did not have Thunderbolt. Those are just standard Mini DiaplayPorts. Thunderbolt didn't arrive until around 2011.

  Apple probably tested the Apple Silicon chips in these laptops in 2019-2020 but they picked the 2020 Air because it's the one that suits most people's needs. I know the portability of this thing is still superior but the Air is so much similar to the Pro and is much more reasonable to have Apple Silicon than this thing. But the MacBook isn't a failure, it revolutionized the next generation design language of the newer MacBooks until 2021

  I've it also running on my 2010 pro 17" but the battery is for my feeling not working that good 😂 do you also experience that issue? When using and pulling the adapter out of the laptop it will work for a few seconds or minutes😅

  I thought after you install OCL you also need to run a patch afterward? I upgraded my 2018 MBA from Ventura to Sonoma about 2 months ago and even with that supported setup the Sonoma animation come in and out once in a while, so I am not going to go crazy trying to install Sonoma onto my MBP 2011. Just watching this video saves me the headaches and hours. Thanks.

  I think you are safe when it comes to the graphics of the machine. The 2010 model uses Nvidia dedicated graphics, while the 2011 model uses AMD graphics. The 2011 model is the one where the graphics chip(AMD) stops functioning.
