Hey everyone. My name is Ross. I was born in the US, live in Spain and love to travel and talk to the people wherever I go. Whoever said "the people make the place" was on the right track. The word "flaneur" means "a man who wanders around and observes society." Thanks for stopping by and for watching the videos.

Loved your video. I've been to Sevilla a few times but I want to go back very soon and spend more time there to get to know the locals.

Beautiful!
Can’t wait to visit!
I was there and I had a great time.
Very nice video, that camera reminds me of dogma 95
Thank you, I definitely took inspiration from dogme 95 :) Impressed that you noticed!
Best summary of being gibraltarian could be this sentence from the old man: "it's windy -tambien-" I love it
Amazing place… in my next life I would want to be born in Seville.
I'm looking out into a rainy Georgian Square in Central London but now after watching this incredibly beautiful video my soul belongs to Seville ! Thank you ... suntreader ( uk )
They should have sung _sitta sab7_ "six o'clock in the morning".

First time seeing your videos and absolutely love your content! These days KZread likes the super short formats that are heavily edited but this is amazing. Don't ever change!

Maria is sexy AF!
Me encanta la gente de Sevilla. Good evening Ross and thank you for an excellent video. I was captivated from the first moment. The beauty of Saville and the warmth of the people. What I'd give to live in a world with no borders. To live amongst people that greet me every day. How much I'd love to have these people as friends and neighbours.
Gracias, I also hope we can move more towards a world with kinder people, great connections and beautiful experiences! Take care
why they sing the peronist song in 30:50
Sevilla, Sevilla.
I love the background music so much what is the song name? I went to Japan 2 times recently and it was my first time traveling alone and It was an experience undescribable with words
Thanks for watching and commenting. Japan has to be amazing. The song is actually generated by AI using suno.ai. I can send you a link if you want!
@ Wow theres even AI generated music now. That stuff is advancing so quick its terrifying please send me the link if you could
@@swaggmadlad yes it's crazy. Here's the link! kzread.info/dash/bejne/fKJho82Eopzehag.htmlsi=iMS2sj1MgsxfeFgQ

Such a great video, in content, in image, in music, really well made! Thank you for sharing this, it's a whole different experience to visit a city through the eyes of the locals :)
Thank you Helena! I'm glad you also appreciate the locals' perspective
Ross, I love your videos which are very informative. Mostly they’re very people oriented explaining the different cultures making us different, yet wanting the same things ultimately. Thank you. ♥️♥️❤
Thank you Sofia, I'm glad you like them!
My favourite place on earth
SEVILLA. SEVILLA.-
Soy peruano tengo 17 años cuando sea mayor de edad ire por una sevillana, aunque cueste entenderlas a pesar de hablar español.
Muy guapa la Granadina.
La mujer del avanico sabes mucho
Safety in Spain? Even after all the attacks by the migrants?
Very nice the US but for living… I prefer Spain!
Did you enjoy the cops beating you for not wearing a mask a few years ago?
Hacer pausas.😅
Thats it I am selling up & going to Live in Sevilla

The United States has all kinds of nature, but the problem is that it is very big. Not many families can travel that far to see some of the beautiful places in the USA. Spain is the country with the most biosphere reserves in the world, and one of the most varied climates. The country has the only desert in Europe, it is the second most mountainous country in Europe, and the one with the most blue flag beaches on the planet. The advantage is that it has a quality public transportation system and you can go from one part of the country to another in an hour by plane, or in 4 hours by high-speed train and at very low costs.
I would love to see more natural landscapes in Spain. What would be your #1 recommendation?
In business, the USA is the land of freedom, but not only for you, but also for everyone else. That means too many people are competing to do the same businesses. In Spain with €40 you can start your business in 48 hours. It is not a big problem. That there is a barrier to entry is good, because it leaves out many competitors. In Spain there are more fees, but you receive services such as quality healthcare, which in the USA has to pay more money than the fees you pay in Spain, to receive the same service. Health insurance in the USA, which gives you the same as in Spain, without co-payments, without pre-existing diseases, and without deductibles, could cost more than $2,000 per month.
Yes, thank you for your comment and for watching. I forgot to mention the healthcare in Spain...a huge plus! Un saludo
So the resident Spainard chimes in. Sheesh.
Cheers to Stillwater, MN!
:)
The older gentleman with the cap and cigar reminds me so much of my Cuban grandfather.
He was a fun guy to talk to :)
A lot of Americans never travel because they cannot afford to. Or they simply have no interest.
It's true that traveling can be expensive for them. Thanks for watching!
I don't understand, having traveled now, why Americans can't afford to travel. Nearly everywhere on earth is less expensive to be than the United States. The most expensive thing is to stay in the US
Hey Ross, especially Spain has a lot of grand natural landscapes, mountains and pastures. Obviously You have never been outside of towns. When You stay in New York, you never see the Grand Canyon.
Hi Fernando. Thanks for watching and commenting! Yes, I see your point and you're right - I think maybe I didn't explain it well. I meant to say that within towns at least where I've been there's more nature, and in general the vastness of the wilderness seems bigger there, but that's just my take. Thanks again and have a good day!
Hey Ross! Really dig your videos as I can relate to this same experience of leaving the States and living in Spain for almost a decade. So glad supermarkets have started stocking pb! 🤣
Thank you Shola! Glad to see a fellow expat, we are a rare breed :P The weird thing is (you'd probably agree) I've gotten so used to pan con aceite y tomate that I tend to eat that more now haha
@ I ate traditional Spanish breakky during the first few years, but now I'm back to my American bodybuilder style meals. 🤣 I much prefer proats, avocado or pb toast.
The lady at around 15:00 speaks the truth. We are losing our humanity.
That guy, playing the guitar that way in the final... beautiful people on this video
