I'm a siren & fire alarm enthusiast based out of Ohio. I post videos based on my interests in outdoor warning systems & fire alarm systems, which is what started my channel back in 2016.
I hope you enjoy my channel and thank you for stopping by!

Reminds me of Miltons video of the 130 in south Fife WA, it was a year older than that 130, to bad it got replaced with an 8032-B in 2020 along with the 6 other 2001s (3 other 130s & 3 SRNBs)

Sounds like it’s running on its backup battery… cause the wind down is slow and very smooth till it died.

some 40V2Ts use 8/12 but they’re actually using 10/15 ports. 8/12 port sirens sound the same as 10/15 ports but 8/12 port sirens have 8 ports + 4 ports = 12 ports but added the 8 port on the bottom. 10/15 port sirens have 10 ports + 5 ports = 15 ports but added 10 ports on the bottom.

Growing up in Lakewood, this whole time I thought it was electric church bells in a church (there’s lots of those here in Lakewood). Never in a million years would I have thought they were testing the storm sirens. Until I saw this.

For those of you who are wondering why is it called 1212 and not 115. Well is because this is a prototype of the 1212 and it came out way before the 115 did so it's not a 115 but a prototype 1212

I'm guessing the 2903s replaced the old bells? Forgive me if I'm wrong because sometimes I witness schools leaving the legacy of old alarms on the walls along with the new system, and then at my high school, I witness a piece of an old system from who knows how long ago it got replaced because I didn't go there until sophomore year, and didn't take P.E until senior year, and it was in the gym that I found what looked to be a strobe with what was left of an older alarm that doesn't work anymore. The school I went to before, they built a new trailer and had system sensor spectralert advance horn strobes installed in there, until they decided to replace the system with spectralert speaker strobes, along with replacing old Edwards bells with the speaker strobes as well.

What does the air horn usually signal?
Probably chemical spill or hazardous waste spill.
