@ :57, your subtitle says "Maintenance-Free Design". In your sub-text above, it says, "before maintenance for your nozzle". That's contradictory. Either it's maintenance free or it isn't.
Is there a specific bearing press you'd reccomend?
It’s a shame I can’t just buy this offline. Not about to drive to a dealer over 2 hours away one way.
Love how you can’t just click to buy well lost profit for them I’ll move on.
Круто 😊
Will it work on roots?
Where’s can I repair tools kits
That music, its so awful, but entertaining at the same time
Would it work on an 18" pipe?
I own this nozzle and it's fantastic for running through 2" kitchen cleanouts to descale grease. Works like a charm!
Need of warthog for drain jet nozzle?
Fantastic video! Very informative and a special thanks for all the parts numbers ect!
Is there an easy way to fit that circlip It came out easier than it went in it was a struggle to refit but won in the end with no damage to my fingers patience I stripped and cleaned my bearings in diesel fuel as the head was sticking and slow to rotate Bearings are worn but refitted them to finish the job and ordered new parts awaiting delivery
So, Stoneage, can you put some kind of EXACT description about exactly how your products work? If I'm not mistaken, the nozzle and central body of the warthog spins, with the outside body and vanes acting like stabilizer/guide. The boys at the shop I just started working for are fkn stuck, dumbfounded and confounded as to why they can't get the blades on the outside to spin. Even though, when you take it apart, it's pretty evident there is nothing that can make(at least this particular model which y'all no longer sell, by your website) the outer shroud and vanes spin.
Hi! The fins hold the body of the tool off the belly of the pipe. They do not spin. The head is attached to a shaft that runs through the body of the tool and rides on bearings at each end. The nozzles in the head are offset to create a torque causing the head to rotate. There is a rotor shaft that interacts with viscous fluid between the bearings that controls the rotation speed of the head. Great Work!!!!
Your content is so touching
Very interesting. So just turning the pump off and then back on will switch the direction of water output on the jets. I wonder how exactly it knows to switch.
Will it work on perforated 4 inch leach field pipe?
Hi! Unfortunately, the WGR Magnum is too large for a 4" pipe. However, we do have other nozzles that could work for this situation. Please reach out to us and we can assist you with this further: www.warthog-nozzles.com/contact-us/
What grade oil is it please
so touching for an excellent video
need this for 3/8" hose ( no front jet)
very nice, what is the maximum root size diameter it will remove and does it have to be on the wheeled skid or any skid?
They Say 36". I call BullSH!T
What’s the name of the fluid
Nozzles with a zero-degree (straight) forward nozzle + 4 rear nozzles, rated for 4000 psi, are on Amazon for around $15. They don't rotate. Rotating nozzles that spray backwards are also around $15. Both types have hundreds of reviews and >4 star rating. Perhaps most people are using them for not-too-intense tasks (no tree roots, for example), but they are called sewer jetter nozzles, and are also sold along with 100' of 4000 psi working pressure hose, stated as good for 4 gpm, all for around $100. The Warthog and Reaper and others that rotate and spray forward at an angle, thus cutting a circle, are $600 or more, just for a single nozzle. Why does it cost so much more for a rotating nozzle that shoots at an angle? Patents? I don't think so - there are at least 3 other products with similar designs: KEG Egg Devastator, RDS Sewer Jetter Nozzle, Jetstream J-Force. So why does it cost so much more for a rotating nozzle that shoots at an angle? Perhaps these pro products are better engineered and so have more efficient flow inside the nozzle, but especially for people who only need the product once (or for rare occasions), why is no manufacturer making a crudely-engineered nozzle (with turbulence inside) that rotates while shooting forward at an angle?
I'd like to see comparison tests
Omg, look at all the crud on it at the end!
RIGHT! NOM NOM NOM!
Will this nozzle work good against grease as well?
Yes! For more information: www.warthog-nozzles.com/wgr-magnum/
