  I assembled the hook without using the springs for a month now. It is working fine. The only problem is it is not easier to make height adjustments. But it is fine. I only need one height😂

  With an absolute incredible amount of strength. Literally just did it 5 mins ago. I’m a grown man, in shape, strong and struggled hard. Biggest piece of crap to assemble. It’s an absolute joke. Had to use gloves and a yellow nylon rope cause the string it came with broke. My hands now have multiple rope marks cause of how hard I had to pull. Good luck.
