It’s thanks to Carrie Fisher’s brilliant performance that we can see in her face the feelings for Han that she’s trying so hard to hide. Just reading the script on paper, we might believe that Leia really doesn’t reciprocate but it’s Carrie’s great work that shows us she does. Even in moments like these where they’re hostile, the chemistry just sizzles.
