How to embrace your gray hair and deal with life’s struggles through words of affirmation. Embracing my gray hair, having chronic illness, and being a mom have taught me the value of practicing self-compassion when things change and struggle happens.
I call subscribers Beautiful🦋s because butterflies perfectly represent the transformation journey. It's not pretty and it has it's struggles in the beginning, but in the end, something beautiful emerges from change.🦋

Cute!
For me triggers are 1. Lack of sleep 2. Stress from pain 3. Stress mentally 4. Bright flashing/sparkling lights. I have PCOS so I have an IUD. My cycles stopped to that doesn't trigger any for me. I never loose consciousness. It doesn't affect my lower half as much as the top.
I stopped dyeing my salt and pepper hair too...but I like these colors...
Beautiful ❤
Beautiful message
My best friend came home from the hospital with a diagnosis today. They have been struggling with this since they were a small child and they are 34 years old. It feels amazing to finally know what is happening to them
I personally have fibromyalgia, too, so I understand that struggle
Stress heat lack of sleep
Good Morning Queen. 🙌 🙏❤️👍💪
I have this and your videos are so helpful please post more
Thank you for your encouraging videos😊. I found you and subscribed immediately 😊I needed to see this to motivate me to stick with my gift of grays😊
I get all the same feelings. I know when it's coming. I have to sit down but yet when I wake up. I'm probably on the floor or my son's putting me to my side telling me dad. It's all right, but yes, this very scary. Feeling I go to a neurologist. And they still can't figure out what the problem is stress. Don't do it for me and sugar. Definitely don't do it for me. I'm in a weird case. I've had a lot of accidents as a kid in car accidents and they still can't figure out why it's happening to me. I do take medication I take? I forgot what it's called.Actually Capra capra and other medicines. And I still have one like once a month sucks
That is a clothes steamer! Why not invest in a hair steamer with the hood; they are designed for your hair. Trust me, it is worth the investment
Praise Jesus 🙏🏻
I have fibromyalgia and pnes too! I’ve decided today that I’m going to start sharing my story of KZread. Thank you for being so open and honest about your journey love 🫶🏻
Yep. It happened to me too. I have accepted my silver hair. Yours is so pretty.
Hi, can you please help me with my yellow? I do not like having gray hair. I do have yellowing around my edges. Is there a specific relaxer that you would recommend to use?
So... you should use a purple conditioner after you use the purple shampoo? I was trying to do a before and after of your hair to see if I could see a difference, lol. Many thanks for the upload!
My Aunt got her Grey hair to shine using Ivory bar soap Her ĥair was soft and glistening
I had my pnes onset during my ba in college in ‘17. Some of My triggers are my toxic family being toxic, yelling, even people being rude to me, when other people are driving dangerous or aggressive while I’m driving, talking to people in public or on the phone, talking to anyone in a hospital, clinical setting. It was really scary getting diagnosed, there weren’t any youtube vids about it then. It’s nice to know we’re not alone, not that I’d ever wish this on someone. But it’s nice. Thank you for making and sharing. Love to everyone here.
Yessssss!!! Omg! Thank you for this video! I do t have ALOT but I have enough to see and a patch in the front I’m in love with and I want it to be brighter. I need my wisdom streaks to show 😏
You look fantastic!! thanks for the review, I am transitioning to gray, and loved this video!! THX!!
Ok i dont use steamer but i used the white paste… truly warning big warning. The titanium oxide in it made my hair fall out. I cried because i loved the white.
Pretty!
Super cute! Here's a funny story I admired gray hair so much that I looked forward to it.... I love your haircut and wow who would realize that your hair is that long.... I never would have considered such a wax but it is already in my cart thank you so much for sharing.
👋. I pray all is well. You’ve been missed!
You are correct use a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to one cup of water to make a rinse.
I need help with the yellowing in my hair.
Sad that it's a chronic illness. My 21 year old granddaughter has just been diagnosed with it.

❤ 😊 looks amazing.
So glad you are back! I have 2 types of kinky hair. Tight kinks in back, less in front. Does not grow hardly at all. Lots of yellowing. Bantu helps a lot. Receding hair line. But I’m 88 so I’m not complaining. Don’t like curls at all. Love your video.
Can’t find Bantu Yellow Out any more. Tried calling the number on the bottle and another company answers.
I've been having seizures for 8 years now and it's a real struggle to Live with I've been hospitalized so many times within that period and I have majority of them on My sleep;I haven't worked in that period and this makes it harder because I have no real support and I don't know the triggers.ive experienced most of these symptoms and all my seizures feel different and I'm lacking vitamins or nutrition where I be so weak I can't even move a finger or even sit up
This is so useful
My hair is just so yellow. Need help😮
Your hair is beautiful!
Thank you so much ❤
Some people are conditioned to believe women are supposed to look a certain way. I can set boundaries with people who give an unsolicited opinion. I never make a negative comment about any women's hair color even if asked. My hair, my choice, my life
I like it u did a good job
I get my seizures while I’m asleep - I have that electric shock in my brains and part of my body twitches . The neurologist couldn’t come up with a name and put me on CR500 and Epitec 50g which help with migraines as well. Alcohol made everything worse.I’m now on a strict paleo diet , little dairy, little fruit ,no caffeine, no processed foods, I only drink herbal teas and water. I took a 6 months sabbatical from work and the seizures stopped, I even went off the meds. I’m back at work and it has started with migraines and the seizures are back. So I also think stress has a lot to do with it and I also want to go back to therapy. I also take Ashwa- Gandha to keep me calm and normal vitamins. Lastly my last bloods indicate that the thyroid is a bit off , so you’re right about hormonal issues. So a healthy life style of the things you can control is important but I love it when you say ,be flexible to life’s unpredictable circumstances. So we need to also be open to other means for such unexpected changes in our lives like an open ended tool kit for these seizures. Blessings to everyone, you’re not alone 💐❤
Thank you for this. ❤❤
Her gray is so pretty as she is. Great job
Lovely 🥰
