  im the owner of the game, hes riding the new spring tower elevators, its already finished, he probably meant that its done being built (The tower is on the right of spawn, but if you dont see it, walk further down to start seeing it)

  i just found out the game was renamed to "Jacks City" so when i make new videos from this game, the place name in the video title will be "Jacks City" instead of "Jacks Hotel"
