One key takeaway is networking. Networking and the contacts made are what can help lessen the time transitioning from one job role to another. It is so important that we would encourage folks to start networking as early as possible, even while still in college.

I have passed two degrees to work in the front office of a restaurant. I worked ten years in that business. For Eric Guérin La mare aux oiseaux in France. For Michel Guerard la Chaine thermale du soleil group in south-west of France. For Raymond Blanc le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons at Great Milton. For Whatley Manor at Malmesbury west of England. And for Wilks restaurant in Bristol. The last post that I refused were to be restaurant director for Idle Rocks in the Cornwall. In 2015 I returned in France and moved out to work in logistic with something like 1000 euro gap between my wages in hospitality and my first job in logistic. I have passed two degrees, one to understand how works a warehouse, the supply chain and the other one how to deal with international administration in import and export. After these trainings, in 2019 I worked for a little company in a cosmetic industry near Angers. His name is Allonature. The last month I decided to move because I wanted to work for a company with more investments, a more clear project. The journey is continuing. I have had one meeting with la ferme de Sainte Marthe and one by phone with Terrena group. On monday the 6th of May I will have a second meeting with la ferme de Sainte Marthe which is to be in charge of the logistic. On the side of that, I bought my flat in Angers when I was 22 years old. My flat is mine for one year now. I want to buy my house and I am just 39 years old so I just have to carry on. Yes it is important to have a plan today if you want to reach a certain kind of liberty during this life.
From my point of view now, I buy products according to the effort people give to make the product. I like this sentence, if people sweat for me in my local area, I have to give them my respect in return and so buying their products.
Being a leader is more than having a high degree for sure. Being a leader is be able to listen, to understand, to cheer, to make fun moment, to stimulate, to be happy for the result and share that happiness. Being a leader is showing your motivation every single day, give the best personnality of you every day, be focus on others more than on yourself. Being a leader is control your EGO, stay open at anytime, keep a good mood balance.

Very true, in most circumstances. However if one moves internationally first the same employer, it may well hurt you more than help you. Many colleagues and especially managers who chose not to move (or could not move because similar opportunities were not available earlier in their careers) may resent you and belittle the significance of your achievements or importance of you added international exposures, especially these colleagues do not appreciate/enjoy traveling, or even learning languages/cultures.

This study from June contradicts his main argument that AI doesn’t have emotional intelligence: “Most achieved above-average EQ scores, with GPT-4 exceeding 89% of human participants with an EQ of 117”. There seems to be a confusion between a lack of emotions vs a lack of emotional intelligence.
