  Medium heat = what temperature? By the way, in the Blackstone instructions it say to keep you griddle 36" away from any flammable surface such as wood. I see that the cover propped up as such works for you. Any thoughts?

How about, a grilled tomato sandwich, red or green, and then do a Wisconsin beer cheese soup. So you dip the grilled tomato sandwich in your cheese soup? Think about it…. 😂

  HAHA.. I seen your hashbrown omelet cooking video... Think to myself; this dude sounds like the people I know. Click your oldest videos and first one I click is you guys at stones bridge canoe landing on the brule. A landing I have used since I was a child. My parents live in solon springs at what was our family cabin when I was growing up. I'm still there almost every weekend and my wife and I hope to move into the area in the next year or two. Small world. I love the brule river. One of my favorite places in the world.
