What mesh count do you use for halftone?
Hope nobody had a jump scare with the new intro music. I'll lower it in the next video.
gotta say im impressed with your home made DIY setup. and no pressure washer!. i run similar rig 1 bedroom apartment and a shower head to wash it out haha. gonna toss my old halogen lights away and get the cheap LED UV light
Cool video , one question. Could you cure plastisol with a regular iron along with the parchment paper?
el thinner hace que la malla dure menos
eso si es correcto.
Hey, cool process video, Love how you guys did the manual registration! Are you using oil based or water-based ink for this?
Glad you love the video. And this was printed with plastisol ink.
Do you use a GFCI outlet to protect against shocks? I do that in my shop where i don't have an earth ground.
Thanks man I tried your method it worked like magic, have been struggling to burn my screens cos I'm a beginner ✨❤️
Practice makes perfection, my friend. People like you makes this world better. Thanks.
Awsome!
Do u apply that directly from the printer to the shirt? Or what do you do?
❤
Great job bro, just a suggestion, you should use a medium to light Gray color and that works great for all color shirts with out bleed through.
Great job
Hello from Scotland very nice art work

Link for the 3rd party ink and the rotary please. Im in USA ☺️
Amazing you made it without tools. Success!!!

How do I work the washing labels from the description
What's up, homie? I know this video is old, but do Yazbek shirts run big or small to, say, Gildan? I'm looking at some longsleeves.
For me, they're about the same. Gildan does have a better quality but not that much over Yazbek. As well, here in Mexico, Yazbek is easier to work with to get shirts. Gildan, I always had issues when ordering because they would not have a size or certain color.
Awesome 👍
I really like your videos. So informative and easy to understand. Thank you for sharing 🙂
Bro the skill you guys have is incredible I haven't watch a video from you in along time I stopped printing shirts because I suck at it ha ha lol but this makes me want to try again lol
How do I get it ?
On my channel I have the complete video with links in the description.
I just bought your action. I will get back to you on details. Good job
Awesome. Thanks. Feedback will be great. 👍
Thank you I learned a lot from you today
I would like to see the process of putting it on a shirt and how does the finish product looks.
Will do that. I only have a photo of this print. Will be making a video of the entire process, including the printing.
using a MacBookair bro I don't have the preference option to change paper
Great video. I'm definitely going to support and buy the actions!
Thank You
Me to!
nice work! would you be able to do a vid on printing a sample of an acual image you separated using this acton to how looks from screen to press?? that would be amazing keep up good work
Yes, sure will do that. Will have to wait until I have some free time to go to the shop that prints my separations so I can film. My recent videos are basically my work on the separations. But I understand it would be better to do one from start to finish using this new actions I've made. I would do it myself but since I haven't printed in awhile, I have no clean screens and I my chemicals, well I think their no longer good.
Ik your busy if you have time can you do a video on how you print multiple colors I have the problem with screens sticking together or the ink bleeding i have a heat gun and a heat press I don’t have a flash dry so I wanna learn how to do wet on wet or use the heat gun to flash it and also what inks do you use water base or plastisol
Do you mean your screen is sticking to the shirt after you print on it?
Yeah but I think it’s the white ink sticking to it maybe I’m not heatguning it long enough cause it’s tacky
@@johnseber949 I had similar issues. My case was that I didn't let it cool down after flashing it with my heat gun or flasher. I would use a piece of cardboard to blow air on it to let it cool since, I have a 1 station press.
@@TheInkBuildUp I didn’t let it cool down either haha I have a one station 4color vevor press I don’t have the money or the clientele for a nicer one yet I should’ve bought the 2 station 4 color so I let it cool and start the next shirt
@@TheInkBuildUpalso thank for your help
Hello can you do color separation?
Help please. How do you get the screens to not stick or is the off contact enough your just pushing ink?
You still use the IX printer
The Pixma? If so, yes I do.
@@TheInkBuildUp yessir. N bet it thanks just bought one today quality looks crazy. What setting do you use for best setting dark print? Or link a video you previously dropped
Great video amigo!
I’m starting to getting into cmyk Question for you what do you do if the halftone doesn’t print dark enough to even burn a screen
Well technically, when you convert to bitmap(halftones) it should be 100% black. It it's for example a gradient from black to gray. The bitmap should make that gray into black, but it will be small halftones spread out that it will give you the illusion that it's gray. But just make sure that the Mesh you're using is able to hold the size of the halftone that your using. If you're halftone is smaller than the mesh, than, it will just get blown out.
