the fight scene between homie and butcher was not satisfying ....homie has never been in a fight , whikle billie was always fighting ,,,,so much like cpt america he would and should have beaten homie easliy. both had similar strength , but billie would have gotton better hits .

I don’t pay attention to the whole “comic movie dead, video game movies take over” thing. I’m just glad for the Sonic movies.

life is so much easier when you just accept that movies that look like theyll be bad will be bad. when on the off chance they're good, its a pleasant and welcome surprise.

It took me a long time to realize some people don’t care for the last couple of seasons. Outside of the finale I think S8 and S9 are gold; at a certain point, outlandish storylines become the logical choice.

Haven't seen the movie, and I'm sure it's phenomenal, but I would like, just once, for a big battle scene in a movie to look like more than two disorganized crowds running at each other.

I agree. Everyone at my school is more interested in family guy, even though The Simpsons are amazing. The Simpsons movie is a great movie. The only issue I have with it is the huge amount of 3d animation and over detail on the cartoon animation. Other than that the story is solid and the jokes are about on par with The Simpsons tv show (a little bit lower comedy). Anyways I bet this comment won't see the light of day due to the fact that I am 2 years late to the comment party. If you read this whole thing, make yourself known by replying and/or liking this comment.

I know this is a video about Walton Goggins's character. But, since we're on the Fallout topic, and since you've done so many actor career videos, I was wondering, could you do one about Kyle Maclachlan's career? He has had so many memorable roles on his resume.

Thanks for mentioning the fan film! I was beginning to think I'd dreamed that at this point. If they are not stooping to remakes of fanfilms, that's actually hilarious. Edit: rewatching the fan film, I'm blown away by the scoring. This whole project is a genuinely good effort, with some passable acting and CGI that would have been unthinkable for a home-made production only a few years earlier. But the music is what pulls it all together and makes it stick.

They can slap the "Lord of the Rings" name on whatever garbage they want and it doesn't interest me. I don't believe we'll ever get an adaptation of anything related to Tolkein's works that is interested in presenting HIS story and I have no desire to subject myself to the nonsense that these other people come up with it its place.

It’s the hobbit all over again. Taking a small story and stretching it way past the source material to where you have to essentially create your own story

Dude those hobbit movies were so bad. Unwatchable almost. There is a few fan edits that are really good and fix some of the issues. The question is will the hunt for Gollum be like the hobbit or lord of the rings. I’m worried it will be like the hobbit which was an abomination of ideas execs had and didn’t feel like a prequel to lord of the rings at all. Plus they were way way way too long.

I’m gonna just wager you all have it wrong. If you go into LOTR deep lore and start getting into Tolkien’s Letters / the silmarillion / the unreleased writings, I bet this was addressed. The source material deffo goes beyond 1 page.

I think the MCU extended the era but I think what we are seeing is the shift away from the 200 million dollar blockbuster. They just aren’t making a billion dollars. Will we see the occasion big budget film, of course, but smaller better films will become more dominant. Fucks sake maybe the comedy will return. Action and comedy can be separate sometimes.

Yep. He had very little to do with Lost once its pilot episode was finished. He, along with Damon Lindelof (and some can argue Jeffrey Lieber due to a previous rejected script), came up with a bunch of ideas to _expand_ on the overall idea created by *Lloyd Braun* (the guy also did the "Previously, on Lost" voiceover and, more importantly, greenlit the pilot), and together created the show's initial bible. And JJ directed the pilot episode. But, pretty much from that point on, it was *Damon Lindelof* - later joined by *Carlton Cuse* - who ran and expanded on how the show went. Anyone giving JJ so much credit or blame for Lost is a mistake.

I have actually seen this movie... and Yes, its terrible.. but Dakota Johnson is a horrendous actress.. Whether you watch her interviews, on TV or a movie.. Shes got no personality or emotions whatsoever.. Shes so boring, emotionless and flat.. like shes on some kind of medication.. Its really creepy.. She would make a fantastic Miss Hannibal lecter

Its almost like a dude who grew up reading books is important to story telling. Someone who spent years writing the source material to create characters with motivations beyond surface level bs with a focus on religious/philosophical (tao/zen) ideas that have already survived for thousands of years to create continuity and futuristic set/setting while exploring timeless ideas about the human condition, morality, god, and consciousness in a way that doesn't insult its audience' intelligence. I'm shocked that nobody wants entertainment thats all flash and no substance. They still turned dune into identity politics and other bs by making characters one dimensional for the screen because they can't convey plans within plans or layered motives.. but thats the cost of making something popular now days. You gotta take a story about women controlling the whole universe and make it more about women power while sacrificing main characters storyline.
