This channel was created to celebrate the sport of running and track & field over ten years ago when I was teaching and coaching at the high school level. I hope to share some of the great stories of this sport as well as the amazing athletes behind them here. Running can motivate and inspire. Be a fan. It's your sport after all. I'll also be answering questions and helping you become that best version of yourself on this channel. This is my personal channel and not affiliated in any way with anyone else or any other entity. Hope you enjoy the content!

Godspeed = LIFE.
Eat my dust
Thanks! And great video, that was fun!
To quote Chic Anderson's call of the 1973 Belmont Stakes, "He's moving like a tremendous machine."
I heard his urine melted the testing cup.
A couple of funny things. 1) there is one year in California where his time would have put him in 3rd place. 2) of course, if he was racing against those two other guys, he might have run even faster. 3) He did this as a junior. He did not beat (or even match) this time as a senior. Basically his older self ran against his twin little brother - and lost.
Would have been nicer without the guttural shrieking in the background.
I needed this! I just had to stop running a marathon at 34km, so close to the end but I hurt my knee a few km before than and couldn't go on any longer. I felt like such a failure but this has helped. Thanks Coach❤
'self - high five' is all you need
I wish someone uploaded the original video… not rip someone else’s video put Metallica get millions of views and get 0 ad money lel
Deep inside every human heart is a US NAVY SEAL....just waiting for a chance to break out and to say, "howdy!"......😄☠️☠️☠️
You should of told him to sing the star spangled banner
he said "what if i just run faster" and by god it worked
That was art. Beautiful race!
and he finished the race and stood with his arms in the air and then... made the sign of the cross.
The definition of “Taking souls”
One of the best motivational videos on KZread. Absolutely epic.
Shave that mustashe. Right the f now. Stop the trickery. 😂❤ Seriously shave it.
He used thunder breathing first form, thunder clap and flash 🎉.
badass
Whats the original video?
Turns out he was on LOTS OF DRUGS :P
Thanks for motivating me on guided runs
That is, totally over the top! No one is laughing now!
Juice? Was he tested?
he probably looked at cycling for strategy, it's common in road cycling to "attack" in an unexpected segment somewhat far from finish to build an advantage and then go back to pace until the final sprint. He likely trained for it too, to figure out what the best moment for that attack is, the perfect balance of a good advantage and having enough track left afterward to run at "normal pace" for his legs to be ready for the final all out sprint.
Love the quality😍😍
Meanwhile, a present-day KZreadr gets their channel destroyed for using a 4 second clip of any mainstream song.
FREE PALESTINE
free? good bargain, i'll take one.
You always are more capable of something than you realize. You always have to ask yourself “ am I really giving this all I’ve got? Can I try harder?” If you’re honest with yourself, you probably aren’t giving all you’ve got, even though you may feel you are. Ask anyone who is successful and they’ll tell you about working harder than you think you can.
When they put you in the wrong heat....
LMAO! I LAUGHED TOO!!! Talk about statement!!🤣🤣
Thank you 🙏 Just what the Doctor ordered for Me NOW! 🥰
He was running from the Sandman.
Second time I think
Again
I guess you can call him the ORIGINAL LAUGHING BOY.
I want to go to the peg shop
Boom.
What does "That was a 56." mean?
56 second lap
That’s awesome
and as so often, the crowd was stupid and stopped laughing when they were proven wrong
He pulled a Secretariat.
404 errur
No clue Ronald McDonald could run like that. But seriously, what a run.
He ran his race - as a top level runner does… the pack raced each other.
His name is Michael Stember
Every time I see this video i say great move and kool music
After the race he drank a recovery shake, hit the shower and came back to shake the hands of the other runners just crossing the finishing line.
