  No, just looked up the specs and you would need a box that was 14cubic ft. The sundowns wouldn’t be able to breathe enough in this box

  Yes, those have a range from 6 to 10 cubes recommended space. This box is 8 cubes so right in the middle

  @@bigz_watts5476 I do drywall screws or deck screws make sure they’re 1-5/8in length and coarse thread for the double top you gotta screw the first layer down then the second one into that if that makes sense cause them screws aren’t long enough to go through both sheets

  @@ANSER32 ohh okay I gotcha.. depends on the width and height of the port. That can make the depth shorter or longer depending on how big you go.. on the website it has the recommended port area in the box specs

  @@johntebowie2768 on that one to put the port in the middle the 2 front pieces would have to be 22x16.5 and the 2 port pieces would be 9.5x16.5

  If i could cut straight id have a lot more fun making sub boxes lol. Had to improvise on my last box and fill in gaps with cardboard and wood glue. Surprisingly doesnt rattle or anything sound pretty good

  Get a "rip cut", I think Kreg makes them. Almost as good as having a tablesaw if you only have a circular saw to work with. Accurate and straight cuts.

  What program do you use for your calculations? How did you get the measurements for the port length? I use Subbox pro and RE Audio but both use a port on one front side and I want to put my port in the middle for 2 12s. Are the port pieces the same for both designs?   I actually use subbox pro too! And I had the problem with the port on the side too but you kinda had the right idea to just move it to the middle. You just need to get 2 port pieces then half the front piece

  But also add .75 to that front piece cause if not the port will be .75 to big cause your taking out that one side. I hope that makes sense, the long side will be the same measurement as the other side too

  So how did you come up with that port size? What dimensions would you use for a wall with 4 15 zvx's with a port facing front and the subs facing front, except only 41" wide and 38" tall, how deep would you make the box, and what size port and port length? How do you calculate port length since so they give you is port area not volume?

  It’s would have to be around 16 cubes so depending on port area you would only have to go 20-25in on the depth, for port area I multiply the cubic ft. By 14 so 16x14=224” in port area
