Wonderful video of this amazing place.
Many thanks. Yes it sure is an amazing place. Well worth visiting. Have a great weekend my friend.
😅 That sure is a mad party.
Dear Orkney Drone Systems! Stunning video! Would it be possible to use some parts of it to illustrate a lecture about The Ring of Brodgar history? The lecture is for non-commercial use. I would put all credentials for the source of the video and your name in titles, off cause.
Hi Nikpashbee2657. I would be delighted for you to use the parts you need for your lecture. If you just give me credits would be brilliant! All the best with the project. Also many thanks for asking 😀
@@Orkney_Drone_Systems Thank you so much! :)
@nikpashbee2657 Your welcome….Good luck!
A beautiful day for a stunning drive ❤
A sad time indeed. I remember it well. My father and I stood on the keyside in Scrabster as the Thurso boat towed in the capsized Longhope boat. We were all hoping for the best but a diver soon told us there were no survivors. A big shout out to those who stepped up to continue Longhope's long tradition of RNLI service.
Unique beauty!)))) I went to your website, looked at the photo - wow!!!! you must have a million subscribers) my dream is to visit Scotland))) I don’t know how difficult it is to get a visa there as a tourist))) like You and I subscribed
Hi Bookingman. Thank you for watching right here on KZread. I hope you do get to scotland one day soon. You must plan it!! I don’t think you will need a visa if you are visiting for a few weeks/ months. I think you would only need a visa if you stayed more than 6-months. Also a big thanks for visiting my website. Welcome aboard my channel…More content coming soon. It’s just been too windy to fly drones here, hopefully it will settle down soon & get some flying done. Thanks again my friend, have a great weekend.
A place I have yet to visit. Beautiful photography 📸 Stunning captures
Many thanks Ladyintheskyuk! You must head north & see the rest of our beautiful country. Have a great weekend! God bless!!
Great video. 👍
We had the TGB as a relief Lifeboat in Whitby in the late 70's, the only boat I've ever been seasick on. God bless all our brave volunteers of the RNLI ⚓️
hehehe yeah it does look like a glasgow rd, except i think its the council who leave a shopping trolley in the deeper ones so you know how deep it is
Hahaha that is so true. They are always dumped with the £1 coin missing 😂
👌 'promo sm'
stunning shots, i hope i can make it up to orkney before i'm too old to carry two bags hehehe
You need to get here, it’s amazing scenery! You’ll love it!! Just leave your bags behind 😂
Impressive. What settings did you use to get the slow motion?
I used the DJI Air2S which has slow motion feature. Then I speeded it up very slightly in editing. Hope this helps. 👍🏼
@@Orkney_Drone_Systems That's cool. Many thanks for the info. Just bought a Air2s.
Did you use a polariser filter? The colours are really good
@@rsmickeymooproductions4877Your very welcome. Happy Flying my friend
@@rsmickeymooproductions4877Yes because it was so bright I used an ND32 filter.
You have really outdone yourself this time Jim 😊
Thanks Lorraine it’s just great getting some recognition for my drone flying. I did chance my luck flying so close to the cliffs, especially to get the cave shot. Stay tuned for more !
Very cool thank's for sharing!
Thank you. Thanks for watching 😉
Different Class what drone was filming?

Nice flight and interesting church. A good movie. I liked. I fly drone too over the ruins. Greetings from Poland 😊
Greetings from Orkney. Thanks so much….Happy Flying my friend
It is luxurious, in the Extreme. Think of a hiker or a cycltourist finding this after a hard cold wet windy freezing soulless day. Or even just a hard sunny day,,, paradise.
Amazing castle. Very good and stable drone flight. Interesting shots. Great film editing. Good job. I fly too. Greetings from Poland. I liked😊
Thank you very much!
great flight mate 👍👍
Glad you enjoyed it 😊
Ah, thank you, this was really beautiful. I'm here in cold foggy Hungary, middle of winter, and this was a magical trip.
Great views.

My granny, grandad two uncles are buried in the cemetery,my uncle Colin walls was killed on Hoy,by a loganair plane, went to hand the pilot the mail, the pilot didn’t see him and started the plane, and the propeller hit him
Sorry to hear of this Rodger. Such a shame. Condolences to you and your family.
My mum was born on Hoy,and I went to school there, went to school with Kevin Kirkpatrick, and his wife.
Song please
This fabulous, evocative music is the track "Still" by Beluga Lagoon. R.I.P. the Longhope Crew.
Sorry Rodger for not getting back to you, just been so busy. Yeah Steve has scored top marks with the song! Thanks Steve it is “Still” Beluga Lagoon. Such a great song! Thanks guys for commenting & sorry for my delay Rodger. Have a nice day guys!
@@Orkney_Drone_Systems Pleasure, love the song. I work for RNLI ( Volunteer) as a Heritage Research Officer, and have recently studied/reported on the Longhope Disaster. Came across this footage/music - a fine tribute to a fine Crew.
Thank you Steve. I actually gave the video to RNLI Longhope so they can use it in the museum. Unfortunately I had to change the music due to copyright. Still good though! Thanks for liking!
I can hear you, my friend . Brilliant job in that wind. 👏 You captured it well.
Thanks so much! So glad you could here me 😂
Beautiful. Stunning 😍fantastic flight
Many thanks so glad you enjoyed it 😊
Great footage 👍 Beautiful scenery 👌 very nice indeed 👌
Hi mate great video this loch looks stunning im planning a wild camping trip here this summer, are there a few spots where you can get the car near to loch to set up for a camp?
Neolithic bungalow. Nice.
That is certainly megalithic..that is not primitive but highly complex piece of stone craft..
you think they carved that plug and pulled it right out?
@@rosskstar yep!
@@rosskstar obviously need to see the stone plug and the hole in the large stone etc.. So the other alternative is for a joke they dragged a huge stone plus the plug from..... knows where and did it as a wind up.. ..
@@tatradak9781 One wonders how many plugs were replaced and the edges smoothed over... hordes of Nephilim gold be hiding i tell yaz!
@@tatradak9781 The door can be seen in the video. The large stone was carried in the ice from the last Ice age. That’s how it got there. Hope that’s helpful.
New Zealand report in..This was a WOW moment for me, never seen or heard of this every before, need to dig deeper, thankyou for posting
