Sal Maveli this is a simple intro,. ive played much more complex ones from Famoudou. However, most African groups use complex intros. id guess this is either basic from a vilkage, or something easy to teach, yet has proper feek

I understand that you are a student of the djembe and I see and hear that. May I make a suggestion that when you make a video like this, try to find the feeling in the music and bring that out. Not to play faster or with more intensity but with more variance in your sounds so that it feels like something more than an instructional. I know it is an instructional but it can be with more feeling. Just a suggestion from 35 years of playing djembe with the best of them. This sounds to metronomic. You can go deep with rhythms and sounds and explore more and bring that to the table in everything you do that you care about. Recipe: add feeling, even if you misplay, just put some food on that table with spices. Thanks for listening. Alan
