La primera vez que me dio en 2021 me dejó leucopenia y neutropenia que no se va, hace 20 días estuve contagiada y tengo inflamado el páncreas y con mucho dolor lateral derecho. Que horrible virus. Esto me genera mucha ansiedad.

Buenas tardes. Mi hijo tuvo un cuadro de pancreatitis con ictericia y sin dolor ( al parecer autoinmune), aunque la IgG4 sólo estaba discretamente elevada. Todo esto bajo una prueba PCR de Covid positivo. Respondió a Prednisolona. No le tomaron biopsia de páncreas para confirmar el diagnóstico porque en el momento que se le hizo la ecoendoscopia, ya el proceso inflamatorio había revertido por completo. No se le hizo antes por tener covid positivo, pero el doctor decidió iniciar la prednisolona. Todavía me pregunto.. realmente que le produjo la pancreatitis ?. Sólo Dios sabrá y en El espero que mi hijo haya sanado para siempre. Muchas gracias por este video

Cabe anotar que no tuvo ningún cuadro respiratorio. El control de prueba covid a las 2 semanas dió negativa. Sin embargo el proceso inflamatorio de páncreas siguió. Sólo tuvo remisión con prednisolona. Le agradezco si tiene alguna apreciación al caso de mi hijo me la haga saber. Dios lo Bendiga
