Suggestion: could try sauteeing the cole slaw in pan instead, and dipping the shrimp in boiling water instead for the cole slaw to be less soggy.

You can saute the cabbage in olive oil add a pinch of better than bouillon chicken flavor and a teaspoon of oyster sauce it gives it that take out flavor I use the pre-made coleslaw mix and to seal should make a v it will make them tighter awesome try using a scrambled egg mixture to seal an egg rolls but they look delicious I like the golden brown color
I’ve never seen any recipe call for olive oil in Chinese cooking but to each is own

Make sure to use less salt and probably less butter because when we cooked it it was not cooked enough but overall I think it was in pretty good and we are used less butter
So my recipe is my recipe if you feel the need to alter it to your liking that is all a part of cooking but what I will not do is alter my recipe to appease you 😂

Ok idk what went wrong but the cookies were so dry! So I added a little water and it fixed it! But then I put it in the oven for the whole 7 minutes and even 2 more and it was so squishy and not cooked!

It could be where you live different atmospheres effect baking so try using less flour

The coleslaw mix a Walmart works very well too. The mix has the purple and green cabbage plus carrots. I made these last night, and they were delicious. Thank you for sharing this !
