Hi Comica, for some reason my version of the Boom X-D Pro didn't come with a record button on the device. Is there another button I can use to record my audio with?
If you're showcasing the audio quality for close ups etc you shouldn't have music playing. Sounds bad when playing on a phone.

Hello Comica, I hope this gets noticed. I just bought this item. Although i love all its features, i often end up using the safety track. The normal recording, is still too loud even at -6 dB. Even for a normal conversation / interview project. I hope there’s a way to decrease the recording gain further.

I can't get it to get out of bluetooth mode... I took the pin and reset both the mic and the receiver but still trying to connect bluetooth when even I don't have the receiver on,,, The light never trued green and won't put out sound on my camera... I have a cat show in 2 weeks that I need to film and it not working... it was working when I first got it but all of a sudden it wo t get out of bluetooth mode... Please help And it won't turn off with the camera ,,, It like it doesn't seem like it Recognize the camera at all... I have tried every cable it came with... I am using a canon r7

i have a question about these mics. We use it in the office 5 machines all of us have 5 receives and mics. Issue is that once i put them in the charging case and co-worker opens their charging case it connects to mine or someone elses receive that is available. How can we tie specific mics to 1 receive so no one else can connect to it.
I recently purchased the BoomX-D2 and am having issues with the sound. I have the receiver connected to my iphone 15 via 3.5mm to usb-c adapter. The sound that the microphone is producing is what it sounds like as if its coming from a walkie-talkie or a radio. I've seen many videos on this mic and haven't found any of their mics sounding like what mine does. Do you have any advice?
It is said that wireless uses 16 Bit, and 44.1kHz recording instead of the 24 Bit, and 48 kHz. Someone said, that Comica will fix it for the upcoming VM40.

Doesn't work!! What am i missing? tried recording into an iphone 14 with all the included connectors (no lightning included) and buying a separate usb c to lighting for direct. Nope, nothing turns off the iphone internal mic and the blue wifi light does not turn off as specified when using wired mode.
