You’ve been at this for a year with no results. I would quit the low intensity bs exercises and start progressive overloading on 4-5 main lifts

I try and workout 4-6 days a week. Wednesday is usually the day I always take off. Some of my workouts are pretty light which allows for 'active rest' over true passive rest.

Ethan's explanations are educational and he really helped me on midterms. He is an educational health enthusiast in the UK and he teaches health symptoms.
