Buying Properties in Nicaragua? I don't Recomend it. Before 1979 there were Others Landowners, a Revolution Confiscate huge amounts of land. A Foreigner was happy with his propertie but one day came the former Owner of the Land with his Titles and Demanded 50 house owners, that Costs $$$$ to go to Courts.

Aqui en Nicaragua la planta de maiz crece alto, puede obtener chilote o la mazorca de 🌽. Si quiere chilote debe cortarse tiemo cuando recién empieza a crecer, es muy rico en sopa, en guiso con crema, mantequilla, con carne o pollo. Que bonito nombre para el paste, esponja vegetal, jeje en realidad es mas duro que una esponja, excelente para el baño. Sus animalitos y jardín están hermosos.

Que lugares y vistas bellas de mi Nicaragua. Por años padeci reflujo gástrico, tomaba Omeprazol pero al final ya no me hacía efecto el tratamiento, una vez en KZread me encontré un dr el es de Colombia y es experto en problemas estomacales, él hablaba justo del reflujo y seguí su consejo: Tomar agua con un poco de limón unas veces al dia, eso haría que el estómago volviera a su ácido correcto. A la primera toma gracias a Dios noté el cambio, el Señor puso en las plantas la medicina sólo que muchas veces no lo sabemos, con la fe el Nombre del Señor Jesucristo me tomé esa agua con limón y ya he mejorado muchísimo, cuando mi estómago llegue a su acidez normal no necesitaré tomarla mas. Y también es bueno mejorar nuestra alimentación.

Hermosos todos sus animalitos. Lindo de su parte ayudar y dar hogar al perrito, espero se recupere. Nosotros tenemos 17 perros, 2 gatos bebes y muchas gallinas., nos gustan los animales 😅 Todos los gatitos y demás perritos los trajo de Canadá o los encontró aquí en Nicaragua?

Hi nice to see your vlog was watching old vlogs of yours and searching you on insta too..i want to know about how old is your IUGR baby how is she doing did she catchup a growth. I am having a same case history of iugr pregnancy my daughter is 2 yrs now but looks very small do these babies catchup thr growth or in which year do they catchup the growth

I use nicotine and diet to manage mine. 10 plus years haven't had any issues. I use patches and pouches. Getting more sun will help as well. Metformin is also great for the gut

Hi I love This country! The food is so great and healthy and people live a long life there .. we have a hotel there and we came from missouri.. we also bought a lake property for the hotel for the guest to go fishing or to swim private. BUT the property was to far from the hotel didn't work out .. now it for sale it's in Menco would you know of anyone that would be interested Thanks Fawn Hotel is at port on lake .

Long time subscriber here with a slightly random question: in one of your old vlogs I remember you showing us how you made gluten free tortilla style wraps and if I'm not mistaken I remember you putting the flour directly onto the pan and cooking it like that?!
