The girl in Firework was from Enhypen storyline, the one from &TEAM storyline never had a video. I know sometimes adding the girls might be ok, but even if they do next time, i hope its the girl from &TEAM lore, because she has much more deep character than just being a romantic interest for someone (which is EJ actually). But i somehow i am really really fine without the girl too (i would wish to see the emo boys more, true 🥲)

This song and MV are so good! You know something that I don’t understand it’s why aren’t Japanese releases (TXT or any group) bigger? The number of views is relatively low compared with Korean releases Ok maybe Korean aren’t listening watching as much but what about ALL the international fans these groups have? I don’t get it. This MV and Aespa’s Hot Mess are really good recent examples of this.

I'm such a fan of Japanese music and I enjoy most Kpop artist's Japanese releases, but I think its the way things are done contractually between the JP and Korean music markets. The way that JP releases are promoted and targeted for their JP audience is very different and it's harder to get things from Japan for the artists global audience in my experience. Releases for Japan are catered for and pretty exclusive for their JP audience as opposed to Korean releases which are considered global releases in terms of business. It's all very confusing, but yet I come back every time lol But enough ranting😅 If you haven't heard their B-side for this "Kitto Zutto" I highly recommend! Tts very cute and anime coded lol

Stray Kids latest release has a Latin beat and Spanish lyrics mixed into it if you're interested lol But to recommend a personal fave although it's Portuguese there's a song called "Meu Tempo" by an artist called VAPO ft. BIBI & Simon Dominic.

I heard that they do have a big Latin following. And they play places in Latin America that others don’t. And that’s another thing we need more touring in Latin America Only recently Blackpink and Twice played Mexico and Brazil. Itzy recently played in chile and knetizens were apparently surprised by how much love the audience were giving itzy. Like yeah we love K-pop too!!!

heres what i think is going on and moreso with the metaphor.. They are all aliens..... the bit where haerin and minji run off set after haerin seemingly accidently uses her powers causing everything to shut down is possibly the moment that they got exposed as aliens.. now the humans are after them... so now they need to leave back to their home planet... Hyein is the problem as she doesnt want to leave as shes fallen for the boy... the argument at the start is hanni saying we have to leave right now.. minji argues we 5 are 1 meaning they arent leaving without Hyein. (when she says we are bound to each other i dont think its in a literal sense... more in metaphorical way like.. newjeans arent complete unless all 5 are together) This is why Minji is constantly trying to split the two up... the conversation on the boat between Minji and Hyein seems to convince Hyein to leave with them as after we see bunny hyein holding onto minjis hand as she leads hyein onto their spaceship. Also being aliens i believe is a metaphor for idol life 'idols' are continually under scrutiny from the fans and the slightest mistake (haerin makes the 'mistake' of accidentally revealing her powers to humans) and the netizens (or humans) are attacking them with hate... and also (most) idols cant just jump into a relationship whenever they like as us 'normal' people can.. they have to comply to a certain image and also relationships could lead to a lack of focus in their duties as an idol and extreme situations like leaving the group.. in the video hyein is prepared to leave the group and stay on earth with the boy... again minji we 5 are 1 is not going to let this happen. Its a take on the importance of idol groups staying together and having only each oher to depend and rely on. The we 5 are 1 thing is probably also alluding to them performing as a 4some recently for quite some time while hyein was out.. saying weve been incomplete without her or something along those lines. (depending on when this video shoot was completed of course) Theres something going on with the throwing of the cans as well.. are they beer cans? does the boy have a drinking problem? is that what minji points out to hyein on the boat and hyein sees it for herself.. is that what convinces her to leave him? i think this may be the case but newjeans all being under 21 can't be promoting underage drinking so i think they rather just alluded to it... the official stance on it is he is 'littering' but he does look kind of drunk on the boat. Also Danielle has storm powers so she is manipulating the weather so she can live on earth as a succesful weather girl (theres probably metaphor in there but i havent figred that one out, maybe something to do with how the idols we see on screen can manipulate us into thinking they are something that in reality and off screen they arent... i dunno) Theres more going on with the 'alien invasion' aspect as well and more with the timeskips but that will make this post so long so if you wanna know what i think let me know and do a seperate reply on that

It made me so happy and she looked so cute🥺 I'm really happy she's coming back soon! And yes! I do plan to do a video for dreamcatcher. A few people have asked me about it so I want to try to squeeze it in soon. I'm playing catch up after being a bit sick and other releases happening, but I'll make sure to do it🙂

The number of views is relatively low compared with Korean releases Ok maybe Korean aren’t listening watching as much but what about ALL the international fans these groups have? I don’t get it. I'm such a fan of Japanese music and I enjoy most Kpop artist's Japanese releases, but I think its the way things are done contractually between the JP and Korean music markets. The way that JP releases are promoted and targeted for their JP audience is very different and it's harder to get things from Japan for the artists global audience in my experience. Releases for Japan are catered for and pretty exclusive for their JP audience as opposed to Korean releases which are considered global releases in terms of business. It's all very confusing, but yet I come back every time lol But enough ranting😅 If you haven't heard their B-side for this "Kitto Zutto" I highly recommend! Tts very cute and anime coded lol

@apizarro1 I agree! There's a few artists that have some songs like that like BIBI and KARD. Stray Kids latest release has a Latin beat and Spanish lyrics mixed into it if you're interested lol But to recommend a personal fave although it's Portuguese there's a song called "Meu Tempo" by an artist called VAPO ft. BIBI & Simon Dominic.
@@izzy_robotix thanks for the recommendations. I’m only familiar with Bibi’s more recent stuff (love her collaboration with Jackson Wang)I’m only know one song by Kard and it did have a Latin sound. I heard that they do have a big Latin following. And they play places in Latin America that others don’t. And that’s another thing we need more touring in Latin America Only recently Blackpink and Twice played Mexico and Brazil. Itzy recently played in chile and knetizens were apparently surprised by how much love the audience were giving itzy. Like yeah we love K-pop too!!!

heres what i think is going on and moreso with the metaphor.. They are all aliens..... the bit where haerin and minji run off set after haerin seemingly accidently uses her powers causing everything to shut down is possibly the moment that they got exposed as aliens.. now the humans are after them... so now they need to leave back to their home planet... Hyein is the problem as she doesnt want to leave as shes fallen for the boy... the argument at the start is hanni saying we have to leave right now.. minji argues we 5 are 1 meaning they arent leaving without Hyein. (when she says we are bound to each other i dont think its in a literal sense... more in metaphorical way like.. newjeans arent complete unless all 5 are together) This is why Minji is constantly trying to split the two up... the conversation on the boat between Minji and Hyein seems to convince Hyein to leave with them as after we see bunny hyein holding onto minjis hand as she leads hyein onto their spaceship. Also being aliens i believe is a metaphor for idol life 'idols' are continually under scrutiny from the fans and the slightest mistake (haerin makes the 'mistake' of accidentally revealing her powers to humans) and the netizens (or humans) are attacking them with hate... and also (most) idols cant just jump into a relationship whenever they like as us 'normal' people can.. they have to comply to a certain image and also relationships could lead to a lack of focus in their duties as an idol and extreme situations like leaving the group.. in the video hyein is prepared to leave the group and stay on earth with the boy... again minji we 5 are 1 is not going to let this happen. Its a take on the importance of idol groups staying together and having only each oher to depend and rely on. The we 5 are 1 thing is probably also alluding to them performing as a 4some recently for quite some time while hyein was out.. saying weve been incomplete without her or something along those lines. (depending on when this video shoot was completed of course) Theres something going on with the throwing of the cans as well.. are they beer cans? does the boy have a drinking problem? is that what minji points out to hyein on the boat and hyein sees it for herself.. is that what convinces her to leave him? i think this may be the case but newjeans all being under 21 can't be promoting underage drinking so i think they rather just alluded to it... the official stance on it is he is 'littering' but he does look kind of drunk on the boat. Also Danielle has storm powers so she is manipulating the weather so she can live on earth as a succesful weather girl (theres probably metaphor in there but i havent figred that one out, maybe something to do with how the idols we see on screen can manipulate us into thinking they are something that in reality and off screen they arent... i dunno) Theres more going on with the 'alien invasion' aspect as well and more with the timeskips but that will make this post so long so if you wanna know what i think let me know and do a seperate reply on that
