  Travelling with film has become a nightmare. You can ask for a "hand check" but that doesn't always mean you avoid the dreaded x-ray machine. There are many videos on KZread about film being x-rayed - some say it's fine, while others say it will fog the film. From my experience, x-rays may fog the film depending on the film stock, speed, and most importantly, the security scanner used. Different airports use different equipment and some of the most recent models of scanning equipment will fog the film. So, it's a crapshoot. Digital of course, doesn't have these issues.

  You can probably get better results with a cropped sensor camera and not use the teleconverter. This lens is ridiculous for someone else besides you to bird hunt with and tell you the direction where the bird is so you can turn your heavy duty 600mm real lens to take real sharp photos.

  Why not just use the canon ipad app and the wifi built into the cemera? I do this all the time. Models get to watch their shoot as we go. Or I get to monitor myself. Others can see as well. Maybe not as many features but for what you are doing it's probably just as good. You can also shoot directly from the iPad screen. Same as camranger cam. But with the built in stuff you need no cables. Huge bonus.

  I have shot at these lakes with cheap tell the photos and you did a fantastic job. It would never have occurred to me to photograph people. Most people cannot afford or will not spend $500 to 15,000 on a lens

  Nikon had no video market but the new z 9 and Z 8 have very impressive video specs as far as hybrids go . Red has amazing sensors but Nikon has more serious silicon processor at the moment that’s very powerful , making them very strong in firmware updates . Red can benefit from Nikon in many ways as can Red with Nikon prosumer video . There is a lot to be excited about . It’s normal people have this initial reaction of shock and surprise but give it a year or so and I’m sure it will start to make sense .

  Just bought the camranger 2 and tried connecting with Fuji gfx 100s. Failing to connect. Can I please call someone at Camranger to try to fix this before I have to return the item please? Or a zoom call so we can trouble shoot our way through to success. thank you.

  I can fully relate to your journey. I was a shy, weird, introverted kid who was bullied a little because of the way I looked. As I entered college and started to get in the gym, eat healthy and transition into a man, I noticed how people were receptive towards me and how that was drastically different from what I experienced as a child. Male pretty privilege is a real thing, I just haven't found a voice to speak that out loud without sounding vain😅

  Hi Fynn, great job, very professional, I admire the way you handle the camera and your creativity, thank you for that! Question: I have EOS R with 3 lenses including a cheap Super Zoom lens, so my problem is that when I install Super Zoom, I can not take pictures or video, I notice the adaptor didn't have the contact circuits so can the camera read and act according to how you perform on it. There is a special adaptor for this? I really appreciate your answer, thanks.

  You need to turn on the shoot without lens setting in the menu. The camera needs to be in a creative mode such as AV or M

  OMG, never thought about the hassles of flying with gear and the batteries, yeah that sucks. But I did want to ask, what did you bring for light stands? I see you have the lights on c-stands. You can't really travel with those and the smaller stands wont support those light, will they?

  Did KZread Creators ever use gels? Seems like they are still useful to people making movies and photography if color light matching is needed. We do not use them to create colors only to color correct the light which is usually very subtle. Plus, they are super expensive, so if you don't need them, you are not buying rolls at $150 each.
