    thank you so much for this. I was told my job was secure during my FMLA leave via text so I saved the messages. I worked for a company that i had to travel for but was only a passenger. we would work 2 weeks on and one week off. I left for one week and came back for the second (after traveling from the Chicago area to the middle of Indiana). I was told I was being fired because of my absence. this job was bringing in over 2000 a month and after my termination I got a job within 2 weeks but was only making a little under a 1000 per month. that was last July and I'm still working for the same employer but that money isn't good at all. do I have a case?

    Do filling in Fed Gov need/must occur within 45 days of the discrimination act? Or if there has been a series of events the last one being the one which open your eyes to perceive the discrimination the one that counts? would they use the other events as part of the case to prove discrimitory pattern?
