  Super Troopers comes to mind..... 11 yrs on the force myself. Okay, I completely understand how fast fatigue can get you making stupid decisions. Once you can't keep up with a fat subject walking away from you, the fights over brother. Go back to your car and think about your Cordio. Hell, she knew him so pick him up later with a warrant. If the subject locked up in your vehicles not dead from overheating, you might be able to salvage your job.
