One of my favorite composers, thanks, Michael!
Very nice, Michael, thanks for continuing to post these excellent musical vids.
FABULOUS!
Thanks, Michael, very nice!🥇
Bravo. I imagine that took a serious amount of practice. You nailed it - so well done. Onto the next piece...
Bela versão! Parabéns!
Thanks, Michael. That's very nice. I like the variety of composers chosen; it gives me new folks to check out on Spotify.
Mystical and haunting.
Love it! What a wonderful breath of fresh air or aire?
Very pretty. I can see this in the soundtrack of an anime movie or tv show.
Thanks, Michael. I like the minor chords in the piece, which give it a different sound.🎼🎹🎵
Thanks, John, for introducing me to a new composer I am unfamiliar with and for the excellent playing.🔥
Wunderschön gespielt, herzlichen Dank!
Very nice! Do you have the complete opus 795? I cannot find it (except for n 1 and 3)
Thank you. I unfortunately do not have the complete score. I got my copy from IMSLP, which only has movements 1 and 3. My Google search on Bote & Bock, the German publisher they list, doesn't turn up any good results.
Very nice, Michael, thanks for making my Sunday morning pleasant.
Very nice, Michael, thank you!
Thanks for playing that piece, Michael! Handel is one of my favorites! Writing the Messiah in such a short time was one of the most remarkable creative bursts ever.
Really nice! But I could have used another verse😊
Very nice 👌
Thanks, Michael! The last name of the composer reminds me of the Praetorian Guard.
Thanks, Michael, I got a little Scott Joplin vibe towards the end of the piece.🎵
What type organ is that?
Thanks, Michael; beautiful music played well and is uplifting.🎼
Very good 👍
Thanks, Michael. That's a composer I was unfamiliar with, and I appreciate your playing it.🎹🎼🎯
Nice performance of a very interesting work. I like your setup. How much does something like that cost?
felicitaciones!😃
Very lovely.
One of my favorites from the Handel keyboard suites. I’m working on this one now. Nicely played!
I like this. And the stained glass wall art.
Making my day
Puts one in an Autumn Mood. 😊
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing your gifts with us
I appreciate your playing so very much. I live in a music desert. This is like an oasis. Thank yoy.
Wonderful!
Absolutely magnificent interpretation !
Thank you so much!
Beautiful well played.
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Very nice fugue, is there somewhere a score of this piece of music?
Thank you! My copy is from Cantantibus Organis: Sammlung von Orgelstücken Alter Meister, Volume 3, Orgelmusik im Baierischen Raum, published in 1959 by Verlag Friedrich Pustet in Regensburg.
Puts me in the mood. 😊
What is piano brand?
It is a Roland DP 603 electric piano. The recording uses one of the piano's built-in harpsichord sounds.
Thanks, Michael. Interestingly, all the villains in Star Wars have music set in the minor keys. I very much appreciate your playing and posting of the music here.
very well done, on a side note, perhaps my very least composition of all the composers. I do not get any highs and lows, no change of emotion, nothing resolves pleasantly. Literally feels like a mathematical composition if that makes sense. not taking away from your performance though, bravo on your playing
Great
Thank you
Very nicely played. It interests me that many Bach pieces are performed on a pianoforte rather than the harpsichord since the former didn’t appear for decades after his death. Your instrument is clearly capable of emulating both so I might ask why the choice of piano? If I were a musician I believe that I would gravitate toward the harpsichord for Baroque music (that not intended for organ) partly because I think the ornaments are somewhat better articulated with plucked strings. Quite enjoyable either way! It surprises me that this channel doesn’t have more subscribers. Thank you for posting.
When I was the DJ at music camp many moons ago, I played Switched-On Bach ( Synthesized music ) for the early morning music before breakfast; it was quite the hit. Thanks for the great playing, Michael.
Lovely a masterpiece of notes and melody.
I'm sorry to have missed out on Handel's Fugues (until now! better late than never). This piece is so beautiful and sublime,,, thank you for playing and posting it, it has such an aura of peace and fullness.
Amazing!
My favorite Baroque composer is Handel. It's incredible how quickly he wrote the Messiah-inspiration at Warp Ten Twenty-Two speed. Thanks for playing, Michael. It's a pleasure to hear you.
I feel like I'm in church on Thursday. 😊
