    I had a chicken salad with very low carb balsamic vinaigrette today and watched my glucose monitor. It flatlined. I make the dressing with ACV and balsamic instead of straight balsamic, and I spike it with liquid stevia. My blood sugar did. not. go. up. I chased it with limeade sweetened with allulose, and my blood sugar went DOWN. The purpose of the limeade was to enhance mineral saturation (particularly iron) in my blood.

    To have 800k subscribers on KZread you need to conform to the system. Were you as critical towards the experimental mRNA vaccines as well or did you deem those 100 percent safe and effective??

    Sore wrists from too many Downward Dogs? Try strengthening the tendons in your wrist by gradually loading weight on isometric exercises such as dead hang grips. Do four sets of 30 seconds, twice a week. Tendons are viscoelastic, meaning they have both fluid and solid-like properties. Reinforcing the structural integrity of your wrist tendons through long term training (three months) can alleviate pain and overuse injuries by promoting better load distribution and reducing strain.

    Thank you so much; I love that I can have any problem, and I search your channel and find info & solutions. I'm training for a 100k walk/run in Sept, and find that as I increase my training above 15k walks/runs, I have back/knee trouble emerging and am going to spend the summer poking through your channel, also retaking my previous courses with you on hip & back :)

    Zone 2 - just below your LT1, yes? (Lactate Threshold). For me, nearly matches 60- 70% HR max (actual my upper limit is 72% of HR max) but not the 220 - age x0.07 calcs. I got my LT 1 and 2 from a full test at a sports clinic, taking blood etc to check build of lactate as exercise got harder etc

    Spot on! Zone 2 typically falls just below your LT1. That's fantastic that you were able to get a lab-tested LT measurement - that can be really helpful for personalized training zones. - YOGABODY Team

  • @YOGABODY.Official
    @YOGABODY.Official11 сағат бұрын

    Not necessarily! Inhaling and exhaling should be a natural process during exercise. Maybe focus on lengthening your exhales without forcing them. If you're still feeling out of breath, consider taking shorter breaks during the exercise. - YOGABODY Team

    Normally I call this pranayama " 4 phrase breathing/ box breathing". I do not need to use fingers to pinch my nose. Is it necessary to hold breath by hands?

    What about noise and sounds? I've tried everything but I can't control all the sounds and they really don't let me sleep. I feel so helpless! I can't sleep with headphones in my ear because it hurts when I lie on my side and i have to constantly make sure they're inside my ear, and they're not supposed to be used for that long anyway.

    You say I should consult a doctor. The last time I consulted with a doctor, I had knee surgery and it was worse! with more chronic pain! He cut a tendon that destroyed my vastus lateralis quadriceps muscle, left me as a disabled person with chronic pain, and my diagnosis of chondromalacia was incorrect and left me worse! The worst decision of my life to consult with that doctor and have that surgery! The doctors don't want to heal you! They only want sick people to fill their pockets with money!

    New Research! DHA/Atrial fibrillation: unless you have very little fish in your diet, diabetes or are African-American according to one research study, The increased risk of atrial fibrillation with DHA actually increases risk rather than decreases. They are now offering EPA by prescription as a result, although it's already available on Amazon. the reason we get more omega-6 fatty acids in omega-3 fatty acids in our diet usually has to do with the way our food is grown, greatly the amount of green versus grass in the diet of animals such as beef and chicken. And a lack of a chemical I'm only learning about now, DPA, seems to allow the body to turn EPA to DHA and back again, although I've only looked at one peer-reviewed research article about this so far. Meanwhile, if someone has already got atrial fibrillation, they shouldn't have DHA by itself without looking at the research first. It says that it almost doubles the risk of heart attacks from this condition. When you made this video, this information hadn't been published yet. it would be wonderful if you could add to it or make a new video to include the new information - and for me, I'm not going near algae oil.
