  I'm surprised with the quality of the finishing work in these expensive homes. No Ethernet ports near the TV mount areas. This is 2024 people. Caulking on tile edge in bathrooms is poor, no finished edge. Floor vents? Is that common in that state? All low end chrome fixtures. Plain backsplash in the kitchen. Smoke detector wasn't even put on straight.

  Thank you for the video..However you missed showcasing the shops, restaurants, park and preschool located in Cameron Station. I think that is a huge selling point as well.

  I really love upper Marlboro. My daughter ardelle who has my name i gave her which was a real name in a certain former pageant polygamy house I was in I want the whole block . All of it. She lives in Atlanta in one of my properties. That why I wanted my daughter Monica from Bryant foulger to be in that pageant when i. was 18 then the prostitutes she invited wouldn’t have showed up and I’d kept my twin from Bryant foulger and not have aborted them for bill Marriotts

  Data analyst here. When I search nationwide for the highest number of top paying jobs (indeed) with access to renovated single family houses nearby at the lowest cost (redfin), no other places globally rank higher than this community and county. Literally , this house was only $170k per renovated bedroom bathroom suite and gives access to 1700 python jobs around DC area. (170,000 / 1,700 is 100). Couldn't find other places (globally) that have a better ratio than this county. By far the most underrated undervalued globally.❤

  Grey is an overused neutral. Love the sky lights. It is really luxury if you use brass? The that price point I think the public deserves better floors. It’s amazing how grey everything is. The black and white doesn’t help. I want to love this house. It has potential. Please don’t let the builders decide the upgrades or decor anymore.

  No shade but after visiting River Road in Potomac, MD, it's hard to look at these homes. Undoubtedly nice, but pales in comparison to the ALL-brick homes in Potomac, MD. There's a false illusion that somehow we have arrived, but in reality WE have a long way to go. I'm proud of our achievements and will always be. But when you move around the DMV and go to places like Potomac, or Great Falls, Chevy Chase, parts of Baltimore County you find out real quick we have a LONG way to go! Let's keep striving.

  Nice, but upstairs bedrooms are too small, the basement should have a full kitchen and the back area should have been more impressive for 1.3 mil. Good luck

  That’s just how DC is. At least you get more for your buck than NYC. Prices are actually down a little because of crime lately… good time to buy 😅 same cycle as the 90’s if you can survive you’ll make pretty good equity.

  If u people don't realize Maryland is selling u more space for ur money but the houses don't look up to date as dc it's like dc homes are smaller more expensive but there giving more luxury marble Floors new interior new stuff in general md just giving u more for your money but if u all payed attention to the homes in MD they really didn't have new interior in them might just do certain part that's about it

  Who is buying this for this price? In Bowie you can get a whole house for the same price. Cheap everything and tight for 500K? The bedroom is the same size as a closet.

  Owners…please consider….price out home elevators. Pay a fee to get an estimate for a lovely home elevator. Estimator should charge a fee, pay it happily, Say cost of elevator is 35-40K. Ahhh, but it’s medical tax deduction, let the buyer take it.

  I love this design and the way the home was staged. It gives us a view of how to fill up the home. The basement can be a mother-in-law suite or a rental apt.

  Do not move here. Over half of our homes have flooded, we STILL do not have access to a community room we pay for and it’s been over a year, we have NO amenities, and our HOA is $175 and all we get is our grass cut, if they do that on time. HOA will be going up due to the many flooding and sewer issues the builders don’t want to pay for THEY ruined. It’s a hell-hole and us buyers who live here and been in a complete nightmare!
