  Thank you for sharing this. I’m a Para Educator at an alternative high school, and I decorate the rooms where I primarily work. We’re moving buildings, and I’m trying to figure out how to move all the posters safely. I have a minimal budget, but think I may be able to construct something like this. Maybe? 😅

  Cool good luck! Tubes is probably best for transportation. This is best for easily pulling them out :)

  Any 3d fan should look at some of the 3d films made in the 50,s that are available,Son of Cochise,Inferno,House of Wax,,It Came From Outer Space ,Gun Fury,all in fantastic 3d but unfortunately overlooked by many .

  Those are great, too. My favorite old 3D movie for the 3D is The Mask. Such a crazy movie. House of wax and creatures of the black lagoon are amazing, too.

  Velcro and those L brackets resting on a picture hanging nail nailed in on top for most of the weight. L bracket screwed into the top of the frame and then it is hung on two picture hanging nails on top of the wooden shadow box. Let me know if you have any more questions. Good luck!

  This is pretty impressive given that early Macs were not designed with gaming as a priority and that the arcade machine was for its time, a powerhouse of hardware in comparison to this era of Macs - and many other computers for that matter.

  If the spare monitor has USB capability, i know I've seen some home theater rooms where they mount it to the wall in portrait mode, add a bunch of movie posters to a usb thumb drive and have it create like a slide show of movies that can be seen in your home theater. Just a thought..

  Thanks! Yeah I have always thought about doing that too. But that would work best with movies that were on a plex server or something and not physical discs to have it all work automatically. Not sure where it would go in this room but maybe one day. :)

  Are those double sided movie posters? Just built 4 backlit movie posters myself. But instead of using foil tape, I use shiny silver Christmas wrap for the reflection in the back 😂 then I use the cheapest Govee light strips they had. Also, I went with the Snap Frames instead. It cost me $180 to make 2 of them. $360 4 of them. Everything included. Watch your video thanks for all the information. Also, if you want to check out my Theater, it’s up on my channel. It’s not done yet but almost.

  I bought it off ebay which came from a seller from Thailand if I remember correctly. Its not an official poster. But I have purchased a couple posters from this person and they look great. They are laminated posters and not printed in reverse on the back if i remember right, but they are transparent/printed on the back as well. Still look great in a light box. I buy these when their alternate posters are better than the original poster since the price of them is usually as much or more expensive than the original (70 dollar price range). I see one on ebay now for 130 bucks but it looks to be an actual original (not sure where it came from since i've never seen this poster anywhere).

  i love 3D so much i have 139 3D movies. I have the 3020 Epson 3D projector & 135'' Elite screen. I upgraded my room to a darker black wall panels and ceiling making the room 100% darker. Covering the windows too making 3D flying around the room plus i had to buy a new HDMI 3D cable. A darker room makes the effects work 100% better. i enjoy my 3D forever.

  Nice! One day I’d love to buy an epson projector. Great screen size too. Is that a 2.35:1 screen? I literately just got a 42 “ passive 3D Vizio tv yesterday used. Gonna be great for the man cave that you see featured in this video. :)

  @@Antonio77630 I'm actually using a normal arcade CRT monitor now. I need to make a new video with all the things i restored on the machine. In this video I using an old Dell LCD monitor with a RGB to VGA little 30 dollar board to power it and make it operational with the SmartyPI and normal Outrun PCB.   just regular Blu-rays. Blu rays are really cheap nowadays. I watch some DVD's but Blu-rays are usually around the same price as dvd's so obviously i go for the better format most of the time

  I have an addiction to them. Lol. I have a ghosts n goblins, Berzerk, Frenzy, and even a Zoltar on Preorder from Newwavetoys.com. These are great because they’re so small the wife can’t get mad at them for taking up space like the Arcade1ups or anything else like that.

  Thanks for watching and the comment! I got all this cardboard from leftovers from my light box project. All the cardboard backings that I didn’t need anymore when I created the light boxes with Walmart/Michael’s (michaels has harder flimsy wood backings I use to book end the case) 27x40” poster frames. You could also potentially make some with amazon boxes or boxes you can buy from Home Depot. Good luck!

  depending on the poster some let more light through than othres ( like a white poster versus a black poster). Whenever I'm watching sports or something i dont really care about losing any light, but for movies or a dark tv show I programed my light boxes and stair lights to turn off when i say "alexa, movie time". :)

  sure, i may make a video on it coming up. They are running through a separate amplifier but feeding into that amplifier is the subwoofer port from my receiver using a y cable to split them up between my actual subs and these bass shakers. The bass shakers are wired in Series back to the amp.

  I know this video is old so you probably already know, but using makemkv to combine different audio mixes into the same bluray is really helpful! No more two setups synced up lol

  You know I haven’t tried to burn a Blu-ray to do this yet. Just muxing the sound together for playback in VR. But this would be a great thing to finally do. Is that what you’re doing? Also, haven’t been able to get 4ks to be recognized on my pc. So I can only do it for regular Blu-ray’s with Dolby Atmos.

  @@VirtualRobotsRevolt KZread erased my comment but yes I do something similar but play on a 3dtv without burning to disc! I use mkvtoolnix to combine/sync tracks and MakeMKV forums contain info on flashing your drive to support 4k :) I have an lg wh14ns40 drive which works well.

  Maybe 5 ft or so if you recline your chair. It’s a fun experience in the front row for 3D movies and games. But yes, mostly just sit in back row and hardly have visitors. But my kids love the front row the best for sure.

  I really like the Food Fight replicade. I almost passed on this one since I hadn't heard of it before. But I'm very glad I got it. I think its my favorite looking replicade and a fun game to play. Not as fun as Robotron, but not that far off either. :) Hope Robotron is a future NWT release!
