Nice. Do you think making some tips for this camera? I bought for travel, milky way, astro but low light partie too. I worry for banding with Led. 1.what about xenon flash for this? It freezes frame? 2. What you think about Sony 11mm 1.8 for milky way and interior, kit 16-50 for all day and Tamron 16-300 for travels?
@DavidZhouКүн бұрын
Thanks! To answer your questions: 1) Unfortunately, banding will happen with certain types of LEDs, and since this camera does not have a mechanical shutter, there's nothing we can do about it, except to shoot with that in mind. 2) I'm unfamiliar with that flash, but if you're referring to an external flash for photography, you'll be able to sync with the camera but it won't allow you to get super high shutter speeds. 3) That's a great line-up of lenses! The Sony 11mm f/1.8 is a great lens for general use!

they adv for 3KM long range and how did u lose signal at 800 feet during the outdoor test ? that 800 feet is less then 300 meter that is less then 10% of their adv range.
@DavidZhou2 күн бұрын
3km in full unobstructed, zero-to-no interference. In the outdoor test, I stopped at 800 feet because I ran out of distance to go in my neighborhood and I don't have a good area near me to test something as far as 3km/1.8mi. Though for everything I'd use the DJI SDR for, I feel comfortable in it's signal strength, but obviously your mileage may vary!

Another great review! Been eyeing on this ever since it was announced. I always wanted to try a transmission where my content creator and manager can see what I'm shooting in real time. Why? Coz i always end up reshooting due to the fact that they don't like the framing or the shots that I have done. Swear to God, this will definitely help me! (@antonclicks)

Just got mine in the mail today so haven't had time to put it through its paces but it seems like most reviewers of this camera tout the reframing advantage. If your environment is rectilinear 4k you now have a camera that can ALMOST allow you to reframe 360 content that can be integrated with your 4k footage from a real camera. For me, I have used VR cameras for actual VR purposes using occulus headsets and so far have only used 4k vr 360 cameras for this. This content is soft as kittens in a 360 space so I am hoping that doubling the resolution will make future content more pleasing.

@@daveklein6585 Hopefully they can add it via firmware update. I have no idea if the USB ports on the transmitter can pass along the video signal. I assumed they could since the receivers have that feature, but that very well might not be the case. Would be a mega bummer if this thing never gets Active Track

80 ms delay? haha only a youtuber can say such nonsense. As you can clearly see, the latency is in the range of 250 - 300 ms. Why are you doing a test if you read pure data from the description and do not provide actual parameters. (the difference is that 50-100 ms is a latency with which the focus puller can work reasonably well) That's why DJI is pushing nonsense and you take it seriously.
