  No it’s call elastic treat. You can use it to keep soft baits on the hook. It works pretty well, you don’t even have to make a knot.

  Thank you I’m always looking for hacks. I’d like to know that bottle technique a little more. Oh anyway I use the finger mesh fill it with chicken livers. Attach my hook to it and then freeze it so I have it always ready if those out fast in the water, I have them in individually wrapped plastic bags.
