This unit at where and balanced leased with HDB?

This is such a gem and correctly priced, but your photographs on propertyguru does not do it justice / bring out it's best. they are over-exposed. simply use the thumbnail from your youtube will do -- that's what made me click this video in the first place - it's natural and showcases the beautiful and rare view for a HDB
