I expected the commentary to be full of the real sad story about Matt actually being a con-man with a history of defrauding people and that he is hiding behind a cloak of being a devout Christian to deceive easily conned people. He is a previously convicted fraudster who has taken millions in payments on Tiny Homes that he has no way of actually delivering. He is currently in bankruptcy restructuring and he likely will again be prosecuted for fraud. Go ahead and judge the man by his past - because it is repeating again.

Really like to see radium barrier on roof and walls along with more electrical outlets / plug in's upstairs and down that would accommodate a large battery charge for off grid and never a bathroom sink over a window . Over the toilet should be a window along with vent fan . Vent fan over stove to keep cooking odors out . Also , a ceiling exhaust fan upstairs like RV style of solid quality to vent heat and freshen air quality . Love the tin roof , cedar siding and layout of the Colorado floor plan however , the stand up area upstairs would be great if it continued across the entire upstairs which would shorten downstairs head space in bath and kitchen but would be more comfortable to make beds and clean while allowing for more storage .. Radium barrier really helps in excessive heat areas , especially Desert areas . Your porches are great as well ! A tiny on wheels has state stipulations and has to meet RV verifications & therefore , hard to place a Tiny just anywhere . Also people's age plays a part in who can purchase as an older person would find it difficult to maneuver upstairs & for tall individuals . This is my observation as an artist and designer . The beetle kill. wood would look good in bathroom but inside all of house is too distracting and not a peaceful look . Fire retardant wall material in kitchen is softening if it doesn't look cheap quality as this is a prevention of Skillet fires . Two burner electric range and farm sink gives more space for countertop with extra plugs for other items . More overhead cabinets and narrow slide pantry beside frig as high as stair allows . Short elbow counter at end of counter like Matt had in his Tiny . Just a suggestion !! Noticed Matt had plenty of overhead room while standing in kitchen which means that the upstairs could be lowered to accommodate more space upstairs to be lowered and extended.
