  Thank you Master Lin for your healing Qi Gong practice. I love to listen to you because you have a culture of qigong having studied widely under great Chinese Masters. There are so many qigong teachers on youtube/Facebook who appear to be looking for fame or gain but with Master Lin it is original from the heart with deep empathy caring and compassion. I love this film as it draws one into the universal energy quickly and not too complicated for a beginner. thank you and blessings ❤

  Master Chungi Lin is a beautiful kind and loving soul with a wonderful heart. I wish I were close to his centre in the US , however, I feel his energy entwined with the universal divine energy from afar.   Televisions have a brightness feature you should go into the menu and select the setting called "Brightness" and press the "< " arrow button on your television remote. Makes it not hurt your eyes

  I have used this energy exercise for about 12 years. It really works if you do it without distraction. The swinging arms works well also. The body is full of energy if you take the time to find it. Thank you for this exercise. It is very useful

  I have a question I noticed that you had put your EQ settings on your track. How can I copy my same plug-in settings and add it to another track I hope you understand what I’m saying. I don’t know if I’m saying it right basically I want to copy my audio track settings with the EQ reverbs auto tones. I want to copy that and put it on another track so I won’t have to go back and reset it all over again, that would be a great video
