  Thanks for your video. I have one of these lift. Yesterday after I unloaded my scooter I pressed the button to send up, started going up but it did not fold close. Still the arm that comes down to hold the scooter still coming down without the scooter on the platform. How do you adjust it? thanks.

  It's a great conversion other than the actuator on the cap. This goes about 15 months at a time with a cost of $1200 to replace. I have maintained that it's a design flaw and an unnecessary burden on the consumer!!

  Thanks for the demo. I like how the wheelchair ramp can be vertical or horizontal and the hybrid 36 MPG! It looks like the vehicle is high off the ground.

  great. how do I access the fuel tank on a rear entry van. Everything is cased in steel so I cant drop the tank to get to the fuel pump.

  nice wheelchair independent setup, but i did notice the pull-along strap getting in contact with her leg(1.26), which could result in bruising, skin irritation or worse, blood clot. keeping the strap centered would help.

  That vehicle uses an aftermarket spring system. Part number PP9632. We have these at $281.68 each plus shipping if you need a set.

  Could someone not come up with a towing ball hitch for the back of a car that attaches directly to a hitch mounted on the front of the mobility scooter itself. So you lift up the front of the scooter, snap it on to the ball hitch. Then just trail the actual scooter with its own two rear wheels on the road. Obviously you wouldn't drive too fast. It would be more for short journeys around town. Also It means that you could use a bigger mobility scooter bcz you don't need to worry about carrying it in the trunk or even a trailer. If you like this idea give me a 👍🏼 😊

  It depends on the year and make of the chassis. Some of the older Dodge Caravans did use factory springs, but most of the others did not.

  I don't understand why the person in the wheelchair can't drive from his own wheelchair makes no sense to me n put a in floor ramp in the pilot

  It was a vehicle designed for use with a caregiver. The ramp was also manually operated. Several types of wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not designed for use by an independent driver. This is not a suitable conversion type for someone able to drive from their wheelchair. This vehicle is no longer produced.

  Sorry, we don't work with any manufacturers that convert a Mazda 5. The vehicles converted by most manufacturers are: Dodge Caravan, Chrysler Town & Country, (select) Honda Odyssey, (Select) Toyota Sienna Hybrid, Chrysler Pacifica, Chrysler Voyager, and (select) Chevrolet Traverse.

It eliminates the linkage to the accelerator by utilizing the vehicle's electronics for the throttle response. It can be added to Push-Rock, Push-Pull, Right-Hand, etc. hand controls.

  I have one of these and it CONSTANTLY WONT START. Something in the conversion draws way too much from the batteries. I have a 2019 and just got both batteries replaced and it still can’t sit for more than a few days or it won’t start. That’s just insanely stupid.

  I found this video on KZread that describes what you might be describing. kzread.info/dash/bejne/q6Wto7mHgbzLZM4.html It appears it might be a Chrysler issue on some models. Hopefully, this may help diagnose the actual issue. It shouldn't be the conversion that is causing the issue.
