But, this is confusing. Many videos talk about complications that occur within the first year following mesh hernia repair. My Lapro bilateral hernia surgery was fine after 2 months. Then during the third month of recovery, I started getting inflammation in the groin area. It is putting pressure on bladder and prostate, and creating nerve pain in the same place as I had before the surgery. This video doesn’t really account for complications within the first year, I was hoping it would.

it seems to me that in this context 'recurrence' is intended to mean "the mesh repair surgery at no point repaired the hernia". this being the case, the failure is not a recurrence since at no point did the repair attempt succeed.

Here's a fun fact: Valsartan used to be called Diovan when it was on patent, Novartis has decades of experience with it and the chemistry to make it. Still working with it in their trusto thingy. Now here's the kicker, sandoz, the generic arm of novartis contracted deep discount synthesis of valsartan over in china where this "contamination" occurred. Please, Novartis has every piece of analytical instrumentation known to man and the experts that know how to use it and they let this get by them? They're trying to pin the blame on the mfg over in china too. What does big pharma spend on R&D? some say only 15%, you know, on things like verifying the purity of compounds they're having made in other countries to "save money". They do things like send all their "scientists" to places like venice italy for a "conference". Do a search for "6 things big pharma doesn't want you to know" by doctors without borders. hope this channel has the courage to not remove this info

Thank you kind doctor. Your little clips on You tube are helping me make the right decision. My inguinal hernia I have been managing for over 16 months now . I get used to the now and again discomfort. It's about as big as a golf ball or larger. The trusses are not so good but i wear them randomly but they slip and the hernia pops out. It's like wearing false teeth for me. Foreign objects inside my body concern me, so I am considering the Shouldice traditional method. On the other hand, I don't really like the idea of anyone cutting me open down there for a range of reasons.. I worry about nerve damage mainly a slip of that scalpel and..??...lots to consider, but mesh is unappealing.

Sure there’s alternatives out there in the world, mild symptoms of depression can be treated more easier than major ones. However, when depression interferes with your life to the point that you feel there isn’t hope then it’s time to consider the options. Anti depressants have a lot of bias some good some bad, etc. The fact is that we’re all affected differently, trauma, abuse, genes, life hardships, etc so many factors can and do contribute to mental health. If you’re able to fight it on your own, then you’re golden but some people are not so fortunate. Suicide is link to depression, so it’s a serious condition to consider and weigh the pros and cons. Many and I mean many people criticize mental health drugs to include myself and my skepticism but once you experience the realization that you’ve reached a point of no return then it’s time to consider taking a drastic measure to address the issue. Some people self medicate with recreational drugs to cope with life, hell even alcohol and opiates too. But they’re the first ones to speak badly about anti depressants. Go figure!. Nor all of us have the same upbringing or coping mechanisms, as humans most of us are different and unique. Depression is REAl this is a fact! But it’s totally up to you wether to live a life of misery or joy, sure meds don’t have all the answers, but it’s something to consider when you’re left without options.
