The angel who became Jesus could have appeared in the OT accounts. Paul however, tells us that this angel was used by God as a spokesperson in the first Century. Hebrews 1:2.

God did not create satan. Lucifer became satan due to his jealousy of Adam and was enamored of Eve's beauty. Because of his selfishness, he caused the fall and became satan. Satan exist ONLY AFTER the fall occurred.

The kingdom of Mystery Babylon is the west *US and Europa" combined. Europa's symbol is a woman on a beast -- statues abound depicting that in Europe. The EU Parliament building was designed to look like the tower of Babel. The port city of financial trade that gets destroyed in Revelation is obviously NYC, the symbolic city of America's idol representing the "love of money" which has corrupted leaders and destroyed the country. Drunk on the blood of saints, etc, is from funding, equipping terrorist regimes around the world. Look at what occurred in Afghanistan or after giving Iran billions, which funded Hamas, not to mention billions to Qatar, home to Hamas.

Moses was the first human to defy"God" when God handed him the ten commandments that were the rules from God to him not from God to the masses the first thing he did was went down the mountain and murdered everybody! Moses what's the Bible's first serial killer? If God meant those tablets to be for the masses he would have instilled that in every living person but he did not. He left the task to Moses to rule appropriately by following those 10 rules given to him and he violated all of them immediately. Maybe they were written in a language that Moses didn't understand?.

This passage is really about a saved person, and go back into sins they had prior to salvation, that person is unable to repent again for the forgiveness of those sins, because you'd be crucifying Christ all over again. It doesn't mean someone rejected Christ, or thinking there must be sacrifices of bulls or goats. Again it's a saved person who went back to a life of sin. Even if they repent, their repentance will not be forgiven by God by the blood of Jesus

I tried MLM a long time ago. The big problem for me was that it turned everyone you know or meet into a business prospect. I just couldn't do this in good conscience because I felt that in most cases, instead of being a friend or brother, I was seeking people out for potential personal gain. I saw also the potential it had for damaging relationships with others. Perhaps others can be more balanced, and I was much younger then, but I didn't feel right about it. Consequently, I wasn't a very successful MLM marketer and dropped it altogether after a few months.

Where does the Bible say you can repent after going to the lake of fire? or Hell? Revelations 14 makes it very clear that those who take the mark will burn in the lake of fire by its very description of the torment.

“And another angel, a third, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and its image and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, he also will drink the wine of God’s wrath, poured full strength into the cup of his anger, and he will be tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest, day or night, these worshipers of the beast and its image, and whoever receives the mark of its name.”” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭14‬:‭9‬-‭11‬ ‭ESV‬‬

I've been grappling with this myself to the point where I almost convinced myself to abandon the Christian faith because I'm not overwhelmed with guilt, falling to my knees and crying out in despair crying, "Woe is me a sinner!" all while beating my chest. However, I do believe the Bible is true, that God is real, and I acknowledge that I am a sinner as defined by the scriptures. I have repented in my mind and am turning away from my known sins, though I sometimes falter. I considered leaving the faith because I felt that if I didn't experience overwhelming guilt, perhaps God had forsaken me to damnation, and I was beyond salvation. If that were true, why continue pursuing faith if I'm irredeemable? It's challenging. I'm striving to keep faith, feeling as though I'm wandering in a metaphorical wilderness alone with God like the Israelites after they left Egypt, being tested and disciplined, confronting my sins, confessing them, and dying to myself just as Israelites died before they entered the promised land. I am trying to forsake my sins while trusting in His word. I still don't feel remorse for many of my sins, but I know I need a transformation of the heart and a renewal of the mind, praying for the removal of bad fruits so that I may bear good fruits for Him. The truth is, my former life brought me no peace; even though I enjoyed many aspects of it, it felt hollow. I cannot revert to my old ways; all I can do now is place my hope in God and depend on His grace and mercy through His son, Jesus.

I am in a terrible situation. I am a born again Christian who loves the Lord with all my heart. The problem is I was a widow three years ago and my first boyfriend found me on FB. He told me he would become a born again Christian which he did. We got married 3 months later only to find we are totally unevenly yoked. I was at first devastated when he had a huge fight with me for paying my thyths and helping the poor. Every time we fight and make up I believe that he will change and turn to the Lord 😢. Unfortunately things have really got bad between us and only seems to get worse. Please help. Jen

What I see in many churches, especially Baptist churches, is a conflating of Christianity with patriotism. Secular holidays like Veterans day, Memorial day, and July 4th are celebrated as an integral part of the "service". Often the pledge of allegiance and national anthem is recited or sung as well. This is ROBBING God of HIS glory and transferring it to man. Celebrate those holidays all you want---outside of church. Leave the worship of God for God.

I think I've fallen away. I believe in Jesus for my sins. I got off my medicine then got into a Calvinists/Lordship book. I was in sin for years. God was distant and I was worried. I wanted to bear fruit for him. I thought Jesus would chop down me if I didn't bear fruit and put me in hell. I also didn't want to die early. I wanted to live longer. I volunteered at a local charity. I don't know if I have fallen from Grace or not. My anxiety is through the roof. Once saved always saved but what happens when a saved person does that.

A little advice for all the Protestants here, if you want to learn what Catholics mean by the fullness of the faith, learn what the Catholic faith actually teaches. Listen to Catholic podcasts, read Catholic books, listen to Catholic media, talk to Catholics who are well formed in the faith. There are many videos out there telling the stories of Protestants who convert to Catholicism and how they now feel their faith is complete. You cannot rely on the answers given to you by Protestant pastors and others who get a lot wrong about the Catholic faith, including former Catholics who left the faith. (I was almost one of those until I decided to learn why the Catholic faith teaches what it teaches. My Catholic faith is now deeper than ever.) The minute FOMO was mentioned, I knew he didn't understand the Catholic fullness of the faith.

Jews not God's chosen people the ancient Israelites were , not one and the same. A people called jews didn't exist till the late 3rd century AD and jew was used as a pejorative meaning those that murdered Jesus. So are the murderers of Jesus his chosen ? No ancient Israelite were Jewish !!

Our flesh by default doesn't want conviction or a relationship with God, It's our choice to want it, and die / deny the flesh and the lusts of it, , but knowing when we stumble or miss the mark of holiness & righteousness it's the blood of Jesus that's PAID that Dept.

Why is it that tithe should not be applied in the same manner now that it was applied in the beginning of the church establishment? If that ministry diminished, well, it is likely because secular caretakers have assumed the role of helping out the needy in place of the church.

  • @mr.f6912
    @mr.f691214 күн бұрын

I️ think the tithe was specific to OT law. But i️ agree with you. It should be the church. But the church in the NT isn’t called to tithe, we are called to give much more generously than that as we see in Acts. The believers “began selling their property and possessions and were dividing them up with all, as anyone might have need” (Acts 2:45). They “had everything in common” (Acts 2:44).

This is a good explanation. I may be off but I also think that it could be seen as how God views fruit. If it's not by a believers it's not good because all our righteous deeds are filthy rags without Christ. So we may seen good works from someone but God doesn't see it as good because he doesn't see Christ. This came to my mind after readings lots of answers

What’s sad is, people direct people only to the word like that’s it !? I do think that’s good to point people in that direction .. but what about getting under the root cause of these things.. the under lying issue, taking a step back and saying okay what’s wrong here ? That’s the way to go. Also she never mentioned that these were her desires.. or feelings.. Thoughts are separated from feelings. Also these can be intrusive and y unwanted. Pushing this on someone telling them this is their desire can do damage to someone.

New Covenant Whole Gospel: How many modern Christians cannot honestly answer the questions below? Who is the King of Israel in John 1:49? Is the King of Israel now the Head of the Church, and are we His Body? Who is the “son” that is the “heir” to the land in Matthew 21:37-43? Why did God allow the Romans to destroy the Old Covenant temple and the Old Covenant city, about 40 years after His Son fulfilled the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34 in blood at Calvary? What the modern Church needs is a New Covenant Revival (Heb. 9:10) in which members of various denominations are willing to re-examine everything they believe and see if it agrees with the Bible, instead of the traditions of men. We need to be like the Bereans. It will be a battle between our flesh and the Holy Spirit. It will not be easy. If you get mad and upset when someone challenges your man-made Bible doctrines, that is your flesh resisting the truth found in God's Word. Nobody can completely understand the Bible unless they understand the relationship between the Old Covenant given to Moses at Mount Sinai and the New Covenant fulfilled in blood at Calvary. What brings all local churches together into one Body under the blood of Christ? The answer is found below. Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him. He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth. Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by husband unto them, saith the LORD: Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? What did Paul say about Genesis 12:3 in Galatians 3:8, 3:16? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis? Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart. Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36) We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24. 1Jn 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. 1Jn 3:23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1Jn 3:24 And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us. God is not now a “racist”. He has extended His love to all races of people through the New Covenant fulfilled by His Son’s blood at Calvary. The Apostle Paul warned against using “genealogies” in our faith in 1 Tim. 1:4, and Titus 3:9. The following verses prove the Holy Spirit is the master teacher for those now in the New Covenant. Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more. Mar 1:8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost. Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Act 11:16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost. 1Co 12:13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. 1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. Thank you so much for your program and your ministry overall. I am conforted by the thought of a pre-tribulation rapture as that would mean not having to go through the worst difficulty, but as you alluded to, it does not need to be an issue of salvation or not. That promise of ultimate salvation, with or without rapture, is the true comfort. I suspect my hopes have been reinforced by much of the preaching on Bott radio but I am thankful for Bott as that is how I found you!
