have you tried banding the bottom leg roller to support bar in the back? I wonder if that would work to help with the tension at the bottom
Great video, now I know how to do these properly :)
Brother! Ha
Ayyyy there he is!
This would probably be good for home cook so we know how many calories of scoop of food you adding to your plate
This site is highly suspicious. There is no way to speak to a human, good luck on future purchases.
I went and checked this out because I definitely don't want to recommend a product if a site is not treating customers well. They have a contact page in the footer that has both their email address and phone number.
*Have gone. Past participle. Have gone. I wish they would have gone. I wish they would have done.
👍
Also do the U Clips scuff up the barbell when using it to attach things to the landmine?
No. They're lined with plastic to protect the bar
Hey do you know if TibBarGuy has permanently increased the cost of the Nordic Pro? I was interested in it but the price is now $360 shipped
I can't say for sure because idk anything about their pricing decisions. I would assume it's permanently increased. I do have a coupon code for 10% off if that helps. "TREADAWAY"
I use heavy weights on my neck muay training, are you telling me I need to purchase another item to make this effective?
No. You can certainly train your neck effectively without this. This just makes it more comfortable and easier to slowly progressively overload.
What is your favorite budget rack?
Hard to say. For a full rack, probably the Lionscool. For a half rack, probably this one so far.
The original loading pin is for olympic plates or should I buy one extra pin for olympic plates? Thank you!
The pin it comes with is for Olympic plates. 💪
Thank you for fast answer !
@@octaviannicolaieionescu9885 happy to help!
Thank you for your video for informative! However I still have one question left unanswered, due to that great back of yours I must ask you Ryan. If I want a wide back meaning wide lats all the way down to my lower section of the lats (to get that juicy V-taper we all crave). Does performing either Supinated/pronated or neutral (Parallel) pulling get the job done equally? I am having hard times performing pull ups, but I can easily do chin ups and neutral grip. Which exercise is the best for the Lats (especially the lower section of the lats)?
When doing vertical pulls, you're always engaging your lats, regardless of the grip because the jobs of the lats are to pull your arms down and in. You can use the grip that helps you best feel you're hitting your lats. With rows, I like to think of your elbows as the guide. The higher your elbows, the higher on your back you're working. The lower your elbows, the lower on your back you're working.
Just ordered one, love that it’s adjustable along with being able to store upright to save space. Looking forward to being sore after the upcoming leg days!
I hope you love it!
Get a hair cut😢
No. 😁
sick home gym dude. goals
Thanks! I appreciate the compliment. 💪
That shit ain’t $10
Yup! The price is just for the portions shown on screen.
So, the Renpho wins in accuracy because it's got the Athletic Mode Toggle? How does that measure up in practice. What is the standard that you used to compare the accuracy to of these scales. Another pointless, useless chattering on YT.
Wow, friend. So kind. 😉 I've used many methods of BF tracking; skinfold, height:waist ratio estimation, other BF scales, tracking suits, estimation based on pictures, etc. The renpho is the closest to being in line with all the other methods I've used.
@@RyanTreadaway None of those are known for accuracy... unless you forgot to mention DEXA. The fact that they all tend to converge bears no sold validity in terms of accuracy.
Thanks for the review.
Happy to help!
The sound effects are extremely annoying!
Sorry you don't like them
It’s not redundant when your cooking with raw foods and don’t wanna touch your phone after
But you already have to touch your phone after anyway to log it.
Being tall, I found the only way to do these is on my knees. Only way to get consistent full RoM
That's definitely a drawback for a lot of shorter cable machines
How about there egg white grill pretty good macros got two of them this morning
Those do have pretty good macros. Not terribly high Cal and pretty good protein.
If you think moving a little more and eating a little less will solve your weight loss problems, you don't have a plan. If you think you have a plan, it might be a start, but it's probably not a great plan. 🤷♂️ If you want THE plan to solve the issue permanently, comment the word "PERMANENTLY"

@@QaronDavis-ed3xt that is only a very basic start.
How much

...unfortunately for you that's exactly how it works. Lost 135 pounds myself via fasting and caloric deficit.
Tell you what if you didn't lean you could even have a greater range of motion, and more tension at the bottom with the cable machine. The leaning is for dumbells. It's basic physics. With weights the force is downward, with the cable it is perpendicular.
There's literally no reason to lean with a cable machine. The tension is already perpendicular to the stretched position.
Perfer the fast food 😂
Go for it!
How is that $8 bucks?
The groceries purchased made several meals of leftovers. The price is just for the portions on screen.
It still cost money to cook the food
And it costs money to get the McDonald's whether it be gas to get there or delivery fees
Exactly what I was going to say. Lol you beat me to it.
Gas or delivery fees are more expensive than the amount of electricity that it would take to make that food too.
LOL its not about the cost. Its the time difference. Thats why MCD sells
This meal prep made several meals. If you look at it from a time per meal perspective, it's WAY faster to meal prep at home than to go through the drive-thru a bunch of times.
🧢🚨not in 2024
Nope. Accurate price. Just bought this food yesterday.
Stop the cap bro
There's no lies here. I've broke the price down on a previous food comparison on my TikTok. (It was too long for KZread shorts.)
@@RyanTreadaway I see 🧌
@@Gittleygang troll?
that’s cap asf no way that food was less then 8 dollars 😂😂
it’s because he’s calculating per how much he uses in one meal, not how much it costs when you buy it at the store.
8.54 is not less than 8 dollars
Bingo!
But how much to buy all the ingredients? Need that money first
@@trevorchadwick7649 all of these comparison videos have been $40s-$50s for the groceries And have made several days worth of food.
are you from America?
Damn the banana is carb heavy 😅
Ok the floor jack usage is genius.
Thanks!💪
I am curious, how do you exclusively activate lats, without activating triceps? I've been doing this exercise for a while, but all the time a part of movement (the last 15%) lands exclusively by triceps, which I don't like

Thank you! I love that your dog chills with you during the excersises, mine do the same haha
Dogs are the best workout partners. lol
And have you tried to use it in the flat position with the handles off? I don’t think I’ll use my for hip thrusts, so curious if it’s only required for that. I have a small space and those handles make it a good amount wider at the top.
It's meant to sit on the handles always at the bottom position.
Just got mine, great review! For the knee pad pin that you remove for back extensions though, mine is fully threaded and takes almost a minute to unscrew it. Have you tried replacing that with a small hitch pin? I’m thinking of doing that so it takes literally 3 seconds to make the get the pad on and off.
Thanks! and I didn't find that it took me THAT long to change it so I've not really thought about replacing it. Honestly, I don't take it out of full Nordic mode that often though. lol
@@RyanTreadaway thanks man. Turns out I had the bracket backwards, which made me need to screw in the entire way instead of just partial. I flipped it but got a 5/16 x 4” detent pin anyway. Super fast and still secure. 3/8” might have worked too honestly.
@@JohnSmith-gy2jg nifty idea though!
Love to see honest reviews
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed the video
I’ve done these by accident when trying to recreate the dumbbell pullover
I do the standing simple version of this and its the best lat exercise for me hands down. When I cant feel it anymore, Im advancing to lat prayers, thx
The perfect pullup grip for hypertrophy and most importantly longevity isn't even a "grip"-- its a type-- the ring pullup! The inches and centimeters of movement it makes to accomodate your individual anthropometry works wonders for your joints and connective tissue. It naturally prevents joint and tendon overuse and the slight adjustments made while pulling from a non-fixed anchor point allows your muscles to take the load at all times as opposed to allowing your joints to temporarily take the load during the transitions from the bottom to the top-end range of motion. Its literally perfect!
Well, what if your dorm doesn't have an oven and doesn't allow for burners to be brought?
Everything on the right is exactly what I would prefer to eat in a day. It's wonderful to see it all laid out like that. Definitely gives you perspective.
Thanks! 😊
But you dont get that cfa flavor
Food on the left looks better, tastes better, and i dont want to eat three meals to get the calories i can from one good meal. Home cooked or takeout
It's not about how many cal you can get. It's showing a whole day's worth of eating vs just one meal. I'm a coach and a lot of people think they barely eat anything but can't lose weight. This is why.
You’re getting a tenth of all the healthy macros and vitamins from the chic fil a plus a huge amount of preserved fats
I'm not gonna sit and eat all that food for 2 hours... I'll take the convince thanks.
It's not meant to be eaten all at once...it's breakfast lunch and dinner
Nah, tortillas alone are almost $3
Yeah, for 8 of them lol there's only 2 on this plate
