Limit center, front, then rear progressively. This rc car will out perform all rc rally cars. 3s, torkier motor. Biger pibion=super car!!!

Honestly just the body breaking from all those bad landings is a miracle. Not many RCs would have taken even 1 of those landings. Who cares about the body? The Mojave 6S is almost the same truck and it takes a BEATING. But the body posts don't last long. At least the fireteam was only breaking cosmetics

I LOVE my Senton. It was my first Arrma/big name RC. Still up and kicking about a year later. Now I have a Mojave 4S, Mojave 6S, Vorteks BOOST, Granite 4x4 mega, and a couple cheapos. I prefer the 4S Mojave the most, but they're all awesome. Ps: I love the quality of your content, fun to watch! But the constant "oh my god" is pretty exhausting. I hope you understand!

I got this exact one on FB Marketplace for $32 plus $5 shipping. Best $40 I've ever spent! Thing takes a BEATING even at a skate park. And it does awesome and consistent front flips! RC is fun for me because it's different from videogames. And as a 19 year old, "go play outside" has been the big thing in my ear. So RC is awesome. I've been having a blast just driving and trying new stunts and drifts!

Looks pretty sweet. I am building a Dromida SC4.18 and a wltoys a969 1/18 Short course trucks myself. I have the brushless DT4.18 and the MT4.18 but I want to build a little track at my camp for racing them. I have the bezgar pxtoys one also. And It looks like the Himoto Tyrono or Maverick ionSC is in my near future. I may have a problem. Still looking for a duratrax vendetta and maybe one day I will spend the money on the Latraxx prerunner or better yet the Team Associated SC18. The brushless hsp "caribe" looks pretty sweet. I have a VRX 1/18 chassis on order to make the Dart beetle. keeps me out of trouble. all 1/18 for me!

Do you recommend running adapters for the dean's connectors? I got my son an Mjx hyper go with the proprietary battery, but I'm not sure what all you need for adapters in the car as well as charging. It would you end up needing to get a different charger as well? Thanks for the great, objective RC info. Just starting to get into the hobby and my kid is loving it.

Adapters are totally fine! I run the in a lot of my cars so I can easily go from Traxxas to the Arrma cars without buying more battery’s.

My son is 6 years old and I'm excited to get him into it. I have fond memories of playing with my Nikko Black Thunder RC truck in the early 90's. I recall a toy-store grade buggy I had in the late 80's and enjoyed that as well.

Might I ask your opinion on the 18859E vs this one? I went on Amazon and saw them both and was curious as to which was better or newer? I did find this one had the water resistant ESC, is the other also water resistant?

Some good info to add for the watchers is that deans plugs are rated for 7.4 volts and if you use a 3 cell Lipo it may burn up the plug and or electronics.

I don't think you understand how a current circuit works lol, I mean no offense. When you more up in volts its less amps, amps is what burn up things. A plug will never just burn up lol. Why do you think your house breakers run 20amps on 120v lol. The only thing that can pull more amps will be the motor from the ESC. ESC will not draw more amps if you don't have a BEC which you won't on these cheap guys the servo isn't drawing more amps. You know the KV/Turns of these motors, 3s is fine lol

He used the same pinion gear from the brushed motor when the optional pinion gear is a 22t and it will have a higher top speed.

It’s not the same gear. They had diffrent size shafts. The gear I put in it was just something I had laying around. I don’t recall what it was

Adapters are totally fine! I run the in a lot of my cars so I can easily go from Traxxas to the Arrma cars without buying more battery’s.
