Like terrariums and humor? You're in the right place! I love to make creative terrariums, aquariums, and paludariums! I hope to make you laugh and get inspired with each video I create.
I don’t wanna be that guy but isn’t it dangerous to feed your pets wild caught prey because of risk of disease? I’m also pretty sure you shouldn’t handle frogs with dry hands.

They’re pulling tons of goldfish out of the Great Lakes in the US every year and they’re collapsing the marine ecosystem. They make awesome cheap substitutes for Koi in man-made decorative ponds (we have rescue ‘feeder’ goldfish) and they live their best life there, but when people release them into the wild here for tree hugger reasons or not wanting them anymore - oh man those good intentions are killing everything else off in the aftermath!

I believe she is stunted unfortunately. I have owned her since a was a kid and didn’t know much about proper animal care.. there was also a period of 5 years while I was abroad and she was taken care of by someone else. Now that I’m passionate about terrariums and little critters I put a lot more into proper care.

I have 4 African dwarf frogs (2 small and 2 larger with one albino of each). I wouldn't get clawed frogs, because of the threat they are to fish. The large albino is Kermit, the large black one is named Ant (after Anthony Edwards the Timberwolves basketball player, because he has hops), the small ones are Mickey and Minnie. It's exciting to watch them interact with yoyo loaches and albino corys as the fish will try to run them over and once a frog tried to ride a loach.

@MyMrFroogАй бұрын
If my eyes are right about that being a grey tree frog, then you might need a much bigger setup as its legs could become unfit. These frogs commonly make their way around an average house a day. Something the size and shape of the youtuber Paul Cuffaro's chameleon setup could be healthier. (This is only from my experience)

Brilliant video and very informative. I need a bit of advice, just a question though, would you need a light and what about the top to stop him escaping?
@Practically_NatureАй бұрын
Light is necessary for plant growth. Toads don’t generally jump as much or as high as frogs so as long as there is nothing for the toad to climb on to get 6 inches below the rim, you should be okay without a lid. I did actually have Meatball escape this setup once because he climbed the driftwood and hopped out. I simply but it board across the tank in the back just over the driftwood and never had the problem again.

One problem with albino frogs is that they don't have camoflage. The fish will notice them quicker and will react sooner.
