  I went to that game. It was like a funeral. Cold and boring and kicked off at 10 AM. It was miserable. Glad we won. But it was lame! 😒

  I grew up in the 1970s and 1980s when the Nebraska game was the biggest game on the schedule. Even bigger than Texas because it was almost always for the Big 8 title and almost always meant the Orange Bowl for the winner. Nebraska fell off a cliff but it was still fun to play them in the Bob Stoops era. Boomer Sooner!

  @@kevingodair4878 I’m not sure you are remembering that game very well to say that. Oklahoma was in the Red zone 3 times in which they got zero points. A missed field goal. A goal line stand on the 1. And another turnover on downs in their territory. That easily could have been 13 points and they lost by 10. It was a pretty even match, but Oklahoma certainly had the potential to swing that game by a matter of two plays.
